Fabulous hotel

Love this hotel. Azay le Rideau is a great place to stay in the Loire. The hotel is in the centre and walking distance from the Chateau. Am a repeat customer, have stayed a few times now and have brought various friends with me. I love the staff, they are so helpful and friendly, love the rooms,, the beds are super comfy! It's quiet at night too. Parking is easy. Highly recommend, breakfast is great too. Great place to base yourself in the Loire.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of a stunning hamlet

Loved this hotel. A very warm welcome from the manager. We had a dog friendly room which was perfect for our overnight stay. Lovely decor and quality bedding. The hotel is situated right in the village surrounded by little boutiques and bistros. I wish we were staying here longer but we would definitely book here again.

Remarkable

The hotel’s style combines the charm of an old 1800s building with a beautiful modern and well-renovated exterior. Part of the old building is still visible, and there are e-changers for parking. The staff is excellent, friendly, and helpful.

For the quality of the rooms and the excellent location, this place should be twice the price!

Love the location. Right in the heart of the village. The rooms are exceptional, with comfortable beds and great showers. Lots of very secure parking on site with easy access. I travel on a motorbike and this hotel was the best one I stayed at during my week in France.

The only niggle is that the breakfast was a little light on hot food, but the staff made me fresh scrambled eggs so I can’t really complain about it. Whatever I needed was always provided with a hearty smile.

Perfect spot to stay and explore Azay-le-Rideau and the area

Charming hotel, recently refurbished, welcoming staff. Nice bar area and excellent breakfast. Off-street secure parking. Enchanting town with lots to see, including the beautiful château at Azay-le-Rideau. Great location to then visit other châteaux nearby, including the beautiful gardens at Villandry.

No restaurant, but there are many options in town. However, you must book in advance - we hadn't so were left with only a poor choice.

we had an enjoying stay here and visiting the surrounding area

We are a family with two children (12 and 10 yrs old). We stayed for 5 nights at two double rooms. Rooms are very comfortable (beds were extremely comfortable) and very clean with pleasant design. we had a nice breakfast. we used the property parking offered in a very descent price. And not less important, the staff and especially Eric were very kind and helpful - providing us with lots of info about restaurants (and booking for us) and the surrounding points of interest. Azay-le-Rideau is a nice small town/village with some good restaurants near the hotel. I would say there are many attractions with a reasonable drive around (up to 1 hour) Thank you for enjoying vacation.
