Nice & welcoming

Perfect Price/Performance ratio according to me. Very friendly receptionist (recommended us to a lovely restaurant nearby), clean rooms, good parking and our little dog was welcome as well

Friendly staff. Rooms as you would expect from a two star facility....no frills but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate.....not a great deal of choice but ok.

Green light from wall heater shone directly onto pillows at night....as a light sleeper who is light sensitive, this affected my ability to sleep.

An average hotel at a fair price.

The hotel was a convenient short walk from the old town with good restaurants. The breakfast was very standard but acceptable - all very similar to am Ibis experience. Ample parking, though it would have been useful to have had a garage for my Motorbike.

Everything could have been a bit better, but nothing was a problem - a fair price for a fair hotel.

Fun Overnight with Dog in Wissembourg

The location is very good, very near the train station. The room was good. We could stay with our small dog, which was a plus.

Although very functional, the place isn't too stylish, if you're looking for a quaint Alsatian hotel.

Wissembourg is a great place to visit

Excellent breakfast selection. Location great for walking into town. Plentiful parking. The interconnecting family room worked well for our purposes.

Our main gripe was the very hostile attitude of the staff on arrival vis a vis the OTT Covid measures in place which made us feel unwelcome. It is not as if by now we all don't know what to expect or what will be required so being 'barked at' whilst checking in about masks and measures is neither useful nor endearing. On the contrary, it tainted our whole experience. There was plentiful Covid signage everywhere in case anyone had a brief lapse!

Good value for the money, good breakfast, good location.

Nice location - easy to find and within walking distance of town center. Nice, quiet rooms, nice bathrooms with bathtub. Good breakfast. The staff was very helpful - we decided to arrive one day earlier, late in the evening, and they made sure we could get in to the hotel, even though the reception was closed when we arrived.

There were no outside facilities - it would have been nice with a bench or some tables and chairs on the hotel grounds.

Superb

Great location a few minutes walk from the old town. Parking was free and easy. Very friendly staff. Rooms have shutters meaning you can keep out the light in the mornings.
