Unfriendly staff making me and my husband feel uncomfortable

The location next to the Salinen

Upon check-in with my husband as a gay couple, we got very weird looks and felt very uncomfortable. We arrived before check-in time, but the staff didn’t even check if a room was available. Instead they smugly sent us away. When we returned at 3 pm, a different staff member misheard about the number of baggage items we had put in storage at reception. When I corrected him, he stared at me for an uncomfortable length of time, I asked if there was a problem. He replied „no, do you have a problem?“

Good value for one night

Excellent breakfast and bonus was free entry to the connected Freizeitbad.

The staff member at check-in was truly horrible. I have stayed at many Accor hotels and have never had such bad service at check-in. He didn't welcome us, didn't give us any information (what time breakfast is, where the elevator was), and begrudgingly gave us the passes for the swimming pool only after I asked for them. We were the only people checking in, he wasn't busy, so there was no excuse for his rudeness. When I got to the room I read that we could also get robes, so I went down to get them, but it would have been nice to have been offered them during check-in. The rules for parking have also changed and you now need to pay €3 a day.

Great location and you can walk to the free pool through the hotel. Huge outdoor pool with deckchairs and lawns and food and drinks. Indoor pool too which was great..Lovely Park around the hotel.

No air conditioning, even though its 4 star hotel. Rooms were really hot, it was Hard to sleep. Rooms and the hotel need updating. Staff did not speak english. Good breakfast and good location.

They charged for everything and they dont tell you at all. They will literally charge you for EVERYTHING. The staff is mean to you if you don't speak German

good but some improvements for 4* can be done

Clean, quiet, view over swimming pool from the balcony was ok. Stuff very friendly and helpful. Nice cafe/bar with good choice of wines and fresh cakes. Nice park, cafe, restaurants in the city and wine yards surroundings. Swimming pool and saunas nice to visit.

Breakfast a bit expensive for Germany. Room interior is a bit outdated for 4* hotel. SPA is separate building but with direct access through the corridors and you should pay in addition. Was a bit disappointed with SPA payments accepted only cash.

Fantastisches Frühstück, sehr gutes Restaurant, direkter Zugang zum Salinarium inkl. Gratis Nutzung des Hallenbads+Aussenbeckens. Bademäntel erhalten plus Zusatzhandtücher ! Wasserkocher inkl. Kaffee& Tee, sehr nettes Personal, Leckeres Wasser mit Ingwer und Zitrone am Empfang, Gerne kommen wir alle wieder

Badezimmer renovierungsbedürftig, Thermostat in der Dusche sehr sensibel- Kochend heiss- Kalt . Türgriffe zum Bad müssten dringend gewechselt werden....

Ein Aufenthalt, der kaum Wünsche offen gelassen hat.

Selten so ein liebevoll arrangiertes Frühstücksbufett erlebt. Für mich als Teetrinker wichtig: Es gab Teekännchen! Der Standard in den meisten Hotels sind schnöde Gläser und für jedes Glas braucht man einen extra Teebeutel. Das war hier anders! Vom Müsli bis zu den glutenfreien Brötchen war hier alles vorhanden. Und der Orangensaft war auch wirklich ein Saft und kein billiger und süßer -nektar. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Allerdings war im Januar kein Hochbetrieb im Haus.

Vor dem Haus gab es am Wochenende eine Demonstration. Wir mussten unser Auto weiter entfernt parken. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Die Lampen über den Betten sind sehr hell, ich schätze normalerweise helle Zimmer, aber über dem Bett sollten sie einstellbar sein.

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt an der Saline mit wunderbarem Frühstück und öffentlichem Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür! Innenstadt & Kurpark sehr gut fussläufig zu erreichen.

Schöner Aufenthalt im Zentrum von Bad Dürkheim

Das Zimmer und das Bad sahen wie neu aus, offenkundig vor kurzem erst renoviert. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat Atmosphäre.

Einziges kleines manko:, die Schrank-Schiebetür war an wenigen Stellen leicht beschädigt.
