Such a nice hotel, it was surprising the bed sheets were scratchy and uncomfortable. Also no coffee or tea in the room.

24/7 check-in. Very good food, fresh, good selection of breads, bright breakfast room. Clean and modern feel throughout. Excellent spa facilities.

Only two coffee machines means queuing during peak time. Poor Wi-Fi in parts of the restaurant. Hotel bar closed.

The Staff was very nice and the hotel was everything I expected. They had a lovely garden and breakfast was great! There was a lot of variety and something for everyone.

The bed blanket was very small and thin. I get cold easily and the blanket did not help me get warm. No extra blankets were in the room.

Friendly staff at breakfast

Check-in took an hour because we were alotted a room that had an unpleasant odor and was not as pictured in the booking (it had dark brown cushions and dark old-fashionned upholstery). I was then sent to another room to check if it was acceptable and after I said it was fine was told we could not stay there (even though I had indicated we’d be willing to pay for an upgrade) and was sent to a third room that was also not as shown in the booking that was extremely overheated and in which the AC didn’t work. Finally we could check into the second room.

Is it worth the cost?

The property was clean and the sauna is open late.

Only three saunas open, no juice (coffee, tea, or sweets like other spas) available due to COVID-19, breakfast had a limited selection, and dinner buffet was not worth the price. Pool temperature was cold. Finally, credit cards are not excepted so you will have to pay with EC or cash.

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Frühstück, Mittagssnsack Abendessen, Wellness waren super. Nett auch die Wasserflaschen zum Mitführen und die Trinkbrunnen zum Auffüllen der Flasche. Grandios waren die im Haus verteilten Amethyst-Drusen, die phantastisch in die Innenausstattung eingepasst waren. Eingan, Empfang, Lobby, Wellnessabteilung und Speisesaal waren wunderschön. Auch das Auto hat im hauseigenen Parkhaus einen schönen Platz gehabt.

Nicht gefallen ist sicher nicht ganz richtig... Wir hatten Zimmer 453, eine Juniorsuite... Wir fanden die Ausstattung etwas 90 er Jahre mäßig, der Boden auf dem Balkon würde sich über einen Kärcher freuen und der Aschenbecher auf dem Balkontisch waren nicht so unseres.... Wir nehmen gerne ein grösseres Zimmer, wahrscheinlich waren wir mit unserer Buchung ein bisschen spät.

In den Duschen, auch im Wellnessbereich, waren die Seifenspender nicht alle nachgefüllt. Die Hotelbar hat während des Wurstmarkts nur bis 22.00 Uhr geöffnet.
