Tranquil location but sadly lacking staff

No one on desk on arrival at around 4pm. No parking space - room key left at reception with our name on a piece of paper. Building work- no lift. Had to get info from other guests

Nice, quite location at walking distance of the center. Our room was a very nice and clean room, with balcony.

Very nice place, friendly staff, we had a room in the "basement" with a terrasse facing the garden in the back. Breakfast was very nice with a large selection of cheese, meat, cerial, fruits etc. Around 1,5 km outside the city center with a steep walk, but very quiet.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang

Wir wurden sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich Empfangen. Die Lage ist super, alles was man braucht ist in der Nähe. Parkplätze hat es auch genug vor- und hinter dem Haus.

Leider entspricht das Frühstück nicht den Bilder auf der Webseite, dass fand ich schade, dass Angebot war sehr klein.

Unmittelbar an Klosterkirche und Weinberg

Lage ist zweispältig: zum Zentrum sehr weit weg, dafür ist man sofort in den Weinbergen. Beides geht halt nicht. Schön geräumiges Zimmer. Frühstücksbüffet recht umfangreich.

Blick vom Zimmer direkt auf den (öffentlichen) Parkplatz war jetzt etwas suboptimal. Dafür war es nicht zur Straße hin. Kein Abendessen im Haus, aber Restaurants sind unmittelbar fußläufig erreichbar. Der Empfang war insofern etwas sonderbar, als mehr oder minder subtil darauf hingewiesen wurde, dass man doch am besten sofort bezahlen sollte, da morgens die Rezeption immer umlagert sei (stimmte natürlich nicht). Mindert etwas die Willkommensfreude, aber da steh ich drüber.

Het ontbijt was uitstekend. Een smaakvol ingerichte ontbijtruimte. Hetzelfde gold voor de kamer. Moet er wel bij aantekenen dat wij een kamer inzet nieuwe gedeelte hebben gekregen

Ein komfortables Hotel mit moderner Ausstattung und sehr gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Wir haben das Hotel für eine Nacht genutzt und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Personal vor Ort war sowohl bei unserer Ankunft als auch beim Frühstück ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war modern und komfortabel. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Einen Parkplatz haben wir direkt vor dem Eingang gefunden. Wir kommen wieder!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft auf dem Berg , super Frühstück mit viel Auswahl und ein paar schöne Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Mit dem Rad etwas beschwerlich zu erreichen (Berglage) aber es hat sich gelohnt!

Wir würden das Hotel nicht erneut wählen.

Auf booking.com hatten wir Zimmer in der Größe von 40 qm reserviert, tatsächlich war es maximal halb so groß. Zudem Bad mini. Um in die Dusche rein- und rauszukommen benötigte man einen Schuhlöffel, obwohl nicht übergewichtig. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht angemessen.

Ruhige Lage und genügend Parkmöglichkeiten

Leider diesmal ein Zimmer im alten Bereich unterm Dach, extrem heiss und keine Klimaanlage und ziemlich beengt, auch wegen der Dachschrägen. Zimmer wurden nicht täglich gereinigt und frische Badetücher müssen gesondert verlangt werden.

Licht und Schatten

Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, frisch und lecker. Angenehm war der Aufzug, der Balkon, WLAN und der Parkplatz direkt am Hotel. WLAN und der Parkplatz waren kostenfrei.

In 5 Tagen wurde unser Zimmer weder aufgeräumt noch gereinigt. Ab 17 Uhr war das verantwortliche Personal nicht mehr im Hotel, ergo kein Ansprechpartner mehr. Das Management ist sehr verbesserungswürdig.
