So many things. Location and a really beautiful house. Clean, tidy, modern, very spacious, good feedback and support from owners, really well set up for couples or young families.
Quite area, great for walking, well equipped local supermarket nearby.
Leaving and the pool table being outside (only because it rained quite a bit so never got to play on it)
