Didn't have breakfast

I thought I was getting a caravan and could park alongside it or very close to it but I got a chalet. Had to park a bit away from it and walk on sodden grass and up lots of steps to get to it. Had 3 disabled people and a pram with granddaughter. Weren't ideal.

Fantastic holiday, a couple of small changes could make a world of difference.

Location is great, value chalet was spacious with a well equipped kitchen and nice bathroom

Seating is dire, very small, not fit for purpose sofa so not big enough for two adults and well past its best so very painful and uncomfortable to sit on and only other seating option was 2 dining chairs. Likewise the bed, mattress way overdue a change, you just roll into the middle.

Lovely chalet good value winter stay but need’s updating regards WiFi which is needed Easy access to the beach

The location was great. A very big resort and eventually found our holiday chalet Sea view in between caravans Lovely detached chalet Nice decor lovely quality towels comfortable beds spacious

One plug socket didn’t work No wifi which meant working remotely was not possible Limited viewing on tv no film channels available very limited which at night during winter was missed. It would benefit from WiFi so people could access their own Netflix etc if they wanted to

Friendly, comfortable and relaxing

Hannah on Reception was so friendly, helpful and efficient, even when we upgraded. Special thank you to her for the warm professional customer care. She went the extra mile x Welcome pack was a lovely touch too as we'd been staying in a hotel so to have a t towel, dish cloth, bin bags and the washing up liquid is lush! The beach was neither white nor golden it's that stunning Cornish sand the best ever x

Lovely location next to the beach

It was quiet and in a good location right next to the beach. Housekeeping were attentive when I asked for the chalet to be hoovered.

The chalet carpet had not been hoovered but it was immaculately cleaned apart from that.

Paid for a value chalet and it looked like it had been freshly painted with new carpets. Excellent value for money and we really enjoy this site. Been several times, will keep going back!

A really brilliant experience all round can't wait to return

All staff were friendly and helpful, we had to make changes at the last minute and this was not a problem. Our Dogs were given a goody box of really useful items. Instead of a mobile home we were given an actual stone built bungalow which was spacious and prepared and cleaned to a high standard by Trevor. We didn't use the pool as it is closed this time of year but it looked lovely. There was easy access to the beach which was fantastic with golden sands for miles and dog friendly. We will definitely be back to visit.

Perfect location

I stayed in My camper and the facilities were very good, shower and toilet blocks were clean. My GF and her Children stayed in a chalet and that was perfect for them,

There's nothing to complain about with the resort. Staff were friendly, camp store was well stocked even at the end of season. The leisure crew were fantastic and kids loved them.

Basic, we had a lovely time but it was very clear it was end of season

It was a nice big property, great sized rooms and comfortable living space

There were no outside lights and we were at the end so it was difficult to find and get into with 2 small children. There was glass underneath the fridge that my daughter found I know it is pet friendly, but it did smell like wet dog, especially the sofa There was no hoover/brush/mop for us to be able to clean up after ourselves There were no towels available to hire so we had to go out and buy some

Family trip to the south west

The location was beautiful - the beach was stunning. There were facilities on the site where we used the bar and the resteraunt. The staff we encountered were all cheerful and helpful. Basic facilities in the property but they sufficed for self-catering for a family trip. Our daughter enjoyed the pool and the activities which were extra. The family entertainment in the evening at the bar were also good.

The property was a bit dated but clean. The sofas had been well used.

Beautiful beach, awful food, facilities lacking, afterthought accommodation.

We had space but that is about all I could positivity comment on.

We were right up the end of the park, there were no outside lights so at night it was pitch black. We had no WiFi and when we asked to upgrade to one with WiFi, we were told no. The shower was a dribble, there were about 4 plug sockets in the entire place. We had to buy our own pots and pans as the ones that were left were disgusting or broken. Not a great experience.

The holiday camp was lovely and the accommodation was good value for money. You get what you paid for .

Walked in to a ball of hair in the livingroom floor( must be from the hoover) uncomfortable couch to sit on. Need to provide hand-wash
