Two properties were separated far apart

It is very clean and well organised. 24 hour security and check in any time is the important features we liked . There were enough EV charging point and we did not look any where else for charging our car

No WiFi is ok but none of the mobile net work was working in the property

I liked that it's a phenomenal location.

It makes no sense for the pool to close at 5pm. Check in from 4pm. That is, if I arrive at 5 or 6 pm I have no right to a swimming pool. You should close the pool at most at 8pm to enjoy yourself. The internet is only for the most expensive homes, that's unfair

The resort itself was okay — great location, a nice little shop and friendly staff. Unfortunately, the chalet was a big disappointment. The chalet was very dated and really needed some updating. The sofas and carpets were old, and the overall cleanliness was not good. The cupboards, drawers, cutlery, windows and mirrors were dirty. There were hairs and rubbish inside the wardrobes. We were also missing glasses and cutlery for our group of five. The frying pan was absolutely awful and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The saucepan was in such a poor condition that I wouldn’t have felt comfortable using it for food. The toaster was burnt, and the knives were so blunt that it was difficult to even cut a bread roll in half. Almost everything had to be washed before we could use it. There was also no Wi-Fi, which was quite disappointing. The only things that were clean were the bed linen and, reasonably, the bathroom. The chalet itself is very old and quite badly worn inside. I think the resort would really benefit from renovating and updating the accommodation. Overall, I would give the resort 2/5, mainly because of the chalet. I honestly expected much better for a chalet. The location, shop and staff were all good, but the condition, cleanliness and lack of Wi-Fi really let it down.
