Only 1 toilet and shower for 4 rooms was not ideal. We booked 9 people as told it slept 10 but it wasnt comfortable for that many. I would only say 6 people at the most .
Condensation every morning on windows

The location is good. The area itself where the accommodation is set in a nice, well kept setting.
The property is looking a bit tired and needed some work doing before the busy season.
The sofa in living room needs replacement, it’s old and worn out and has a huge tear on the armrest covered with a drape. The coffee table is too big for the room, taking so much space.
Some of the plates and mugs are chipped.
The bathroom floor by the shower area is dent and is very fragile, ? Damp

The size and location were very good. The cost was good.
The cleanness was very poor. I had to clean the banisters down. Felt very damp and sticky. Needs some updating and things needed fixing.

Location
The most immediate problem was the state of the carpets. There was a persistent, musty smell throughout the house that hit us the moment we walked in. It felt like the floors hadn't seen a deep clean in years, making the entire space feel unhygienic.
