The location is good. The area itself where the accommodation is set in a nice, well kept setting.
The property is looking a bit tired and needed some work doing before the busy season.
The sofa in living room needs replacement, it’s old and worn out and has a huge tear on the armrest covered with a drape. The coffee table is too big for the room, taking so much space.
Some of the plates and mugs are chipped.
The bathroom floor by the shower area is dent and is very fragile, ? Damp

The size and location were very good. The cost was good.
The cleanness was very poor. I had to clean the banisters down. Felt very damp and sticky. Needs some updating and things needed fixing.

Excellent stay, very good family house, property has all the facilities and very tidy, host was super responsive, reachable and friendly. We throughly enjoyed three nights stay.

It was a nice size and had everything we needed and it was lovely and quiet we can’t comment on the facilities as they are closed during the winter
The only thing that let it down whoever cleaned it didn’t do a very good job there was lots of cobwebs in the big bedroom and beside the fridge freezer it wasn’t a bad price, but it could’ve been cleaner
