Lovely home. From home perfect not to busy on site considering it was school holidays, the guest house was spacious enough not to have everyone on top of each other,, bed were comfy, lovely large bath if you fancied a soak or shower for quickness, really nice having a washer dryer for swimming items to dry, even a nice size fridge and freezer if you want to do your own cooking, plenty of places locally if not. Not too far to local activities, club house was ok if you like the old Butlins cheesy style but no complaints, swimming pool nice size we were lucky enough to get it to ourselfs which was brilliant. All in all a lovely place too stay host were contactable but we didn't need to as had everything we needed. Thank you for a easy stay enjoyed our short break.
Nothing we didn't like yes the park and things are a bit dated but as we only really used it as a base this didn't matter but the home itself no complaints

The decor was lovely. Perfect size. Only a 5 min drive to the beach.
The internet didn’t work for the first few days- not always a bad thing (the teenagers don’t agree)

Comfy beds and spacious bathroom with clean towels. Liked the layout of the property and design.
The fridge wasn’t cooling.We had to keep the milk and food outside,on the balcony ,it was colder than the fridge. The property wasn’t cleaned properly, the floor was dirty, the inside kitchen bin was disgusting( only cleaned on the outside) ,cobwebs in the bedrooms.

The property has the potential to be lovely but unfortunately it didn’t meet our expectations. It’s very dated in many aspects such as the decor and furniture. The beds were old, very low and extremely uncomfortable. We didn’t sleep restfully and woke up with painful backs.
There really wasn’t anything to like.
It is clear that this property has been left as is over the years and everything in it seems to be of personal taste for the owner as opposed to providing facilities for the guests.
We paid a lot for four nights and it really wasn’t worth it.
The property smells very fusty and stale. It really needs a deep clean and decorating. But judging by previous reviews this isn’t like to happen.
Had a nice break in Hayle but won’t stay here again.
