Very clean and very well equipped accommodation. Owner Paul was brilliant, very friendly, warm and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Hamper was a fantastic surprise. Everything had been very well thought of.

Great property, great location

Great property and had everything you needed. Clean and nicely decorated. The location was great being 10 min drive to the beach and from the train station in st Erth. The site was quiet and clean. Shop on site was very helpful with young kids. Welcome hamper and goodies were a lovely touch and very thoughtful.

Nothing to do with the property itself, but some of the facilities at the site (pool and kids playground) felt dated and run down. Pool could have been open for longer hours too.

Quiet location, lots of things to do on site or locally. Lots of parking available. Loved the welcome basket of goodies, that was a nice touch! Everything was ready to use, lovely and clean though - and I really appreciated the pack of helpful info of the property too.

Best place to stay!

Loved staying at 20 Tudor Court, gorgeous 3 bed house which was very very well equipped. It had everything you could need and more. Thank you so much for the hamper and essentials which included bread, milk, eggs, butter, orange juice, cereal, cake, chocolate, crisp. So thoughtful of the host would highly recommend and will definitely be staying there on our next trip. Its close to lots of beaches and shops. Perfect location and perfect house!

little details made us feel like home.

the house itself was great but the facilities in the holiday area was very poor and dated. Also next door man was walking around outside almost naked(in a speedo with bum showing) which was not pleasant to see especially for a toddler.

Perfect house!

This house is beautiful, cute Tudor style house with a modern interior, decorated lovely, set on a complex with similar style properties. Lovely little welcome basket on arrival aswell. Such a good size house, we had 4 staying but can have up to 6 plenty of room and storage space, 2 bathrooms aswell! Situated in a great area close to beaches, short drive to St Ives, and great location for other towns in Cornwall. Great communication from Paul, you have such a lovely property! Perfect holiday in this country, would definitely stay again if visiting Cornwall and recommend to anyone!

Lovely quiet place, good break with/without fam, good connectivity to most tourist spots around.

Plenty to like - thoughtful of the host for the welcome hamper and supplies in the fridge for us. The lights were on and the place warm and cozy when we got there. Everything was neat and clean with clear instructions in the manual. full functional kitchen and utilities- though we didnt use much. Plenty of space in the property and around the resort. Board games in house were nice. Communication was excellent right from the start.

We thought the pool would be open but it wasn't. No taking away that the place is fantastic and lots more to do than just the pool. Good place to be at any time of the year.
