Quiet in the woods nice surrounding

Lovely peaceful location, friendly staff, well equipped chalet. Superb hot water with great pleasure in the shower. Large shower with rainfall and hand held shower head, both immaculate.
The bed was a bit creaky and the chalet smelt a tiny bit musty upon arrival but this soon went once we got some air in.
There was a little miscommunication at the start as the information we had received from Booking.com related to a different chalet number so we couldn't access it and we're not listed as staying there at reception. It gave us the feeling we had been scammed but upon calling the head office, they found our booking in a different area.
We sent a question in February refaring space to keep bikes and it was only answered two days before arrival, after payment was taken in full. This is poor communication and the site should do better.

The staff at reception were great.
Property was ok, clean, few small issues. Parking near Property was very tight at entrance to parking area due to a large white van parked at entrance everyday we were there.
