It was as expected. Clean and comfy.
Not sure we were in and out basically sleeping there.

We were a group of three friends and a dog. Only stayed for one night as we were on our way to the Scilly islands.
Everything was good

We don't have a breakfast, it wasn't included. The location was great, we really enjoyed it. The hotel itself was pretty nice, the beds were comfy and good to sleep on. The reception was friendly and helpful too!
The bedrooms could have been bigger for more space, instead of having to squeeze past the beds. Everything else was perfect.

Good location. Had everything we needed. Property was a little tired
Needed to dust drawers before we could put our clothes in
