41 Tudor Court

This is our 4 visit in 5 years. Number 41 didn’t disappoint. It’s very comfortable. It is in a peaceful area. The kitchen has everything you need. Excellent shower.

Suggestions for improvement. Cushion pads on dining chairs for comfort, The toilet flush is really difficult to push. Needed two hands. It would be impossible for someone with arthritis or young children to do by themselves. Bathroom door needs sanding down as it gets stuck and door handle needs mending as it gets stuck. We found we had to leave the handle up so we didn’t struggle to open the door.

Super comfy beds and had everything we needed: tvs, comfy sofas, table, kitchen bits, dishwasher (with tablets) swimming pool access. Was perfect for our needs. It was a beautiful and very clean little cottage and we had such a nice time. My two kids made use of the space to play and really enjoyed the sites mini golf and park. Great location we could get to Hayle and St Ives super easily and we took the train to St Ives from St Erth which was lovely.

No WiFi (I didn't check this so on me but the signal on O2 was bad so made meeting up with family a bit hard.) But in someways it was nice. Couple of small things which were not an issue but could be checked. The toilet was hard to flush and the fridge door was very stiff. Also the water heater, I think, made a double tap noise in the night, which made me think someone was rapping on our door. But after I worked it out, it didn't bother me.

Well equipped, good location and a perfect size for our family of four. Quiet site and comfy beds

The amount of spiders seen, but obviously this can’t be helped with the location. Otherwise no problems at all

Quiet location, tv in bedroom, comfy

Cold, could not get heating to work. No internet in property
