I do not recommend

I can recommend this rental to you, the house is really beautiful and comfortable, but until you go to bed, since there is no air conditioning in the house, in the summer you have to sleep with the windows open, but unfortunately you will not be able to sleep, because due to the lack of needles on the roof, all the seagulls will sit right on your roof) After your departure, after 4 hours they may send you a video of coffee flowing down the wall, and accuse you of damaging the wall! And don't forget to wash the sheets and blankets after yourself, because sweat stains remain after you) and I almost forgot about the blinds, for which, according to him, we will have to pay, which, as he said, we tore, although we did not touch them, there is much more that this owner tried to trick us into paying extra, I could write for a very long time!

Parking was a tight squeeze to get into, but I have a big car, ok for a smaller one. Would be good to have a washing machine if staying longer.

Excellent.

Everything, the house was a good size, it was excellent value for money. The kitchen was well equipped, the house was clean and central. Definitely would stay again and you will not find better value in the area.

Driveway is a bit tight. But this should be seems as a bonus as no other house's in the area have off street parking so just have someone help you and you won't have any issues. Reverse down the street and it's a breeze.

Easy, comfortable and an accessible little spot for exploring the beauty of the St. Ives area!

The house is decorated and equipped to a high standard. Very clean and well taken care of. Although we didn't use the kitchen very much during our weekend stay everything you need is there for a longer stay and perfect for a small group or family. A lovely little property!

There was nothing we didn't like but I would have found it helpful to have a mirror in the master bedroom and if staying for a week or more perhaps a washing machine. A little information about recycling in the local area would also have been helpful.

Perfect Retreat

Sam is very helpful and welcoming. We had a some requests like an area to have some bbq and Sam surely did his best to accomodate us. The house is stunningly beautiful and well kept. The area is near a bus stop so if you don't have a car it wouldnt be a problem.

Gute Ausstattung und Lage (direkt um die Ecke fährt ein Bus nach St. Ives; das Zentrum von Hayle ist fußläufig erreichbar). Sam ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sicherstellt, dass es an nichts fehlt.
