The location and the cottage itself.

The heating: The battery on the thermostat was low which meant it wasn't controlling the heating, and couldn't find how to renew the battery, despite looking at the boiler instructions. We were able to use the heating by turning it on and off manually. Please note this is not really a 'problem', just feedback for the future. Property manager contact details need reviewing - it's actually the cleaners contact number. Despite this the cleaner was very kind and helpful.

Good location by station and geographically within Cornwall Freezer decent size, towels great size Shower decent size and features

Far to cluttered Tired in need of update some fixtures literally came apart in hand , cupboard knob, tow rail, broken microwave handle, bottom Of stair handrail loose. Bathroom cupboard not secure so stuff out in it all poured out more than once as opened door. Lack of place to put items down/ hang in shower making wash routine a bend to floor job . Lack of information on how to get there resulted in pot luck finding it Lack of information on property making using appliances difficult, finding basics like light switches, took ages to find toilet light days to figure out washing machine and under cupboard lights in kitchen only discovered after a few days then it stopped working so dark and dim. Kitchen small and lay out dated with clutter difficult to store own food Tv in living room took a while to figure out never having had sat free view before . Picture terrible. Was unable to get it to bbc I player or Netflix but one in main bedroom was ok but this made group tv program rather intimate!! Parking was an art form as no resident parking so had to park in akward place for days.
