Lots of space, good facilities and well equipped. Lovely play area for the children.

Great place to stay.

The location was good, a short way off the A30, and about 30 mins from St Ives, Newquay, Truro and Falmouth. The facilities were great, the showers excellent in the shower block. Our mobile home was very comfortable, it had everything we could need, grill, oven, hob, tv, microwave, sink, small wardrobe and cupboards/drawers in each bedroom. The beds were very comfortable as were the built-in sofas. Richard was friendly and helpful and recommended places to go and things to do.

The only thing we would have liked is being able to get ITV and Channel 4 on the tv, rather than just BBC.

A brilliant place to stay!

We stayed here in August in one of the caravans. The caravan was incredibly clean and really nice. And even with 5 of us staying in it, it didn’t feel cramped. A well equipped kitchen area with everything you’d need for your stay. WiFi is provided and we had absolutely no trouble connecting once we found the spots in the caravan to get on to it. The site itself self was lovely and quiet despite a lot of people staying there and it was very tidy. We used the laundry room a few times and that was really convenient to have on site, and the shop was super handy too. The hosts Richard and Julia were very welcoming and helpful. It’s a great location and a good base to be able to travel around Cornwall without having to spend hours in the car. We had a take out curry from ‘Manha spice’ which was delicious and also fish and chips from ‘Cousin Jacks’ which were the nicest chip shop chips we’ve ever had! (Both situated up the road) We mainly used Godrevy beach (free national trust parking) & Gwithian beach both really beautiful. I’d definitely stay here again.

Tehidy Holiday Park is a lovely home base for a West Cornwall adventure.

The caravan was in great shape, everything was in working order, and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, cutlery, etc. We really appreciated being able to use the boogie boards and skim boards that they had available for us. Our conversations with the owner, Richard were always pleasant; he was friendly and helpful.

While I realize that it was a last minute booking, the cost of the stay felt a bit expensive. That said, I would like to return for another stay in the future. That part of Cornwall is stunning.

Excellent holiday.

The area was totally safe and spotless. The owner was always there to answer our questions and gave us ideas of where to go with the kids. We could not have gone somewhere better. It is an excellent place to spend your holiday.

We were 3 hours late (check in is until 8pm but there were road closures on our way to the site so we arrived 11pm) and the hosts waited patiently for us and even helped us find alternative routes ❤️

Fantastic family stay

We liked our caravan. It was just right for the amount of time we spent in it, and it was a great base to explore Cornwall from. The grounds were well maintained, and pleasingly quiet and serene. I would very much consider staying here again on another visit to Cornwall.

I don't think there is much we didn't like. The wifi is weak, but honestly, we were there to disconnect so there really isn't a need for anything more stable than what is provided for free.

Full fun at Tehidy

We enjoyed our stay and liked our caravan at Tehidy. Richard and Julia were wonderful host with a friendly service. The caravan was very clean and well equipped. It worked really well for our little family and can recommend anyone who wishes to explore the caravan accommodation.

I felt isolated but facilities where good and we were able to rest well

Property could fit a family of 4 kids in 3 bedrooms. Host replaced a bed in one of the room with a baby cot before we arrive which was a delicate attention and very convenient. We had a toilet pipe blockage and the host was really quick to react and fix the issue.

The internet connexion and even the mobile phone network connection was very bad. Good if one wants to be completely disconnected. In our case, we wanted to connect with friends, family and even to one coaching session. Also, the timer on the heating was not properly adjusted and temperature was going too high in the middle of the night.

Good location for coastal trips

Last minute stay when cottage cancelled. Just 4 days for walking. Richard very welcoming and helpful. Caravan good; nice living space; good kitchen and shower. Bed fine. Good location for various places. Didn’t use any facilities except plentiful bins for rubbish. Cold in mornings so heater was welcome.

Lovely park in a quiet location within east reach of lovely Cornish beaches and a great pasty shop in the local village!

The owner, Richard was very welcoming and provided a lot of very useful information about the local area. The location was excellent with four or five lovely beaches within a short drive from the site and Portreath was actually not too far to walk.

It was perfectly located, clean and cosy! Richard is a gentleman, very helpful and insightful on the area, ask him for a road trip map! He gave me directions and it was brilliant! Park in general very good and really well maintained and clean!!!

A lovely camping!

The camping Is lovely, very clean and quiet. A lot of green and our caravan was perfect. Richard and Julia are very kind and cheerful. My daughter loved the trampoline and the small playground. It's simple but very cozy.

It was a very nice camp site with all the facilities you needed if camping , we stayed in a caravan which was well kept and nice and clean, we were made very welcome when we arrived earlier than we should have been there and the caravan was ready for us which was very nice after a long travel down , the camp/ caravan site is surrounded by trees and wild flowers it was very quiet and relaxing, i will definitely consider staying here again
