Well worth the price

The breakfast was very good. Items were fresh. You waited on yourself. Very pleasant. We also ate dinner there. The staff was extremely attentive. We used the spa facilities sauna and hot tub. Not fancy but very nice. The bed was extremely comfortable.

To improve a bit the rooms, update the menu and improve the breakfast offering.

The food is very good presented but the flavour is just not there. The breakfast was ok but having to ask the waitress to fill up the coffee container was not good and more when I had to wait for it for more than 7min. The dinner meal was with a hair. The room was looking a bit outdated, with some corners with spiders webs, the air exhaust was full of dust, the TV channels are all in French, the shower looks not good because of the different white painting on it.

The evening staff is really nice, receptionist and head waiter were very attentive to guests. The settings are quite nice with a cosy Bar and a lovely decorated restaurant. The evening meal was exceptional and so was the wine. Room was large, quiet and furnished with taste,on the last floor. Property comprises of an elevator.

Midday receptionist was not really nice. 1st advised I was there too early..so went out for lunch. I came back drenched due to rainy weather! She smiled at me in an unpleasant way then waited there as she had forgotten I was waiting for my room. If it had only be for her, I d have hated the place! Thankfully the other staffs helped me change my view on their hotel.

Excellent service with very comfortable rooms in ideal location for our family visit to the region. Very accommodating esp as I had to change dates at the last minute. Would definitely stay again, if in the region again.

The restaurant is great - the food is really good and you have a menu that’s really excellent price/quality. Staff was very friendly & hotel is perfectly located.

Our room was really outdated, the shower was kind of broken & not 100% clean. I think the rooms could use an update :-)

A Pleasant Enough Stay

comfortable room - good breakfast and presented by an efficient staff member. Cooperative and helpful when coming to meet special needs.

There was no shower and attempting to bathe in a Jacuzzi style tub was impractical and dangerous. the water in the swimming pool was very cold and the pool itself not clean.

Luxeuil les bains

La situation de l'hôtel et le professionnalisme de tout le personnel. Les petits déjeuner et autres repas au restaurant de l'hôtel étaient sans failles. Très grand parking avec garage à vélo. L'ensemble des possibilités de remise en forme sont largement disponible sur le site. Piscine bienvenue en bordure du parc arboré.

Séjour de charme à Luxeuil

Très bel établissement, très bien situé! Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables !! La piscine refaite l année dernière est top!! Et le sauna et le jacuzzi sont supers!! Nous y étions déjà et allons y retourner !!

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Luxeuil-les-Bains! Das Hotel liegt etwas oberhalb, hinter dem Casino, und bot einen neuen, sehr schönen Pool mit bequemen Liegen zum Entspannen. Das Zimmer war zwar nicht groß, aber stilvoll eingerichtet, und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Bei über 30 Grad war die leise Klimaanlage ein echter Gewinn. Das Frühstück war ein reichhaltiges Buffet mit frischem Obst, Käse, Schinken, knusprigem Baguette, Croissants und vielem mehr – ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Besonders begeistert hat uns das Mittagessen: täglich wechselnde, feine 2- oder 3-Gänge-Menüs, die geschmacklich wirklich überzeugten. Auch am Abend gab es abwechslungsreiche Menüs und Tellergerichte. Eine Halbpension wäre durchaus lohnenswert, wir wollten uns aber die Flexibilität bewahren. In nur 10 Minuten erreicht man den Ort. Den Indoor-Whirlpool haben wir nicht ausprobiert, aber das Angebot ist vielseitig. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem charmanten Ort – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Bel établissement

Bel environnement et personnel aux petits soins. Le restaurant, bien que complet, était très agréable, tant au niveau du service que de la qualité des plats. Malheureusement, le temps ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la piscine et de l'extérieur qui sont très jolis, dans un écrin de verdure.

Le confort de la chambre (chambre 28 de l'annexe) n'est pas digne d'un hôtel 3 étoiles. Qualité de la literie très moyenne, sans parler du canapé lit ou le matelas est tellement fin qu'on a les barres dans le dos. Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées. Dommage, car le reste du séjour et de l'hôtel était bien.

Das Zimmer war sauber und korrekt. Badezimmer hätte einen Duschvorhang vertragen.

Toiletten-Deckel müsste korrekt angeschraubt werden. Das Nachtessen im Hotel war von einem Koch lieblos zubereitet worden (der wahrscheinlich noch denkt, er hätte einen guten Job gemacht). Mir tat das Personal leid, das dieses Essen servieren musste. Auch wenn Gault Millau das Restaurant bewertet hat, so dürfte heute ein Besuch der Kritiker eher ernüchtern ausfallen.
