Ok for a night

Easy to find and only hotel around

Asked for 4-5 check in which was confirmed Arrived at 4 hotel closed rang number and due to language difficulties unable to gain access Staff member who did check me in was very helpful but the fact my original request was accepted then completely ignored was very disappointing Place was dated and bit grubby in areas could do with redecorating

Don't go there.

Nothing, while travelling with three kids the door was closed when we arrived. We called more than 20 times the number provided on the door and no one came to open. We had to leave and find an alternative.

Everything. This is a joke of an hotel, avoid at all costs. Completly unreliable for a night stop on our way to our holiday destination.

Excellent value, comfortable hotel with friendly, helpful staff in good location in town centre.

This is a really good value, comfortable place to stay! The rooms are large and comfortable, with a well appointed ensuite - bed particularly comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic and excellent value for money. I arrived on a sunday evening when reception was closed. The hotel called me on Sunday afternoon to give me clear, simple instructions on how to access the hotel and my room, which worked perfectly. I will definitely stay here again.

Bed was comfortable. Free parking next to hotel (not protected)

Nobody at reception on arrival (had to call a number). Cluttered reception area with musky odour. Bed side table broken, curtain not hanging correctly.

Hôtel fantôme

La proximité de la ville

Lors de mon arrivée à 17 h la porte était close alors que la réception devait être ouverte. A 17 h 15 j'ai d'abord appelé un numéro commençant par 03 je suis tombé sur la messagerie, puis j'ai appelé un numéro d'urgence je suis aussi tombé sur la messagerie. On m'a ensuite contacté pour me donner le code d'accès et donner le numéro de ma chambre. En ce qui concerne ma chambre, la fenêtre donnait sur un rez-de-chaussée de chaussée sur une ruelle passante donc je laissais le rideau fermé. J'ai surnommé cet hôtel hôtel fantôme. J'ai vu la réceptionniste seulement 10 minutes le 6 au soir pour régler les petits déjeuner et la taxe de séjour, 5 minutes le 7 au matin et personne ce matin en 8. La machine à café est tombé en panne personne à la réception pour nous aider.

La réceptionniste est très agréable. La chambre est assez spacieuse, les lits confortables. Le quartier est calme. L'hôtel est bien situé. Le petit déjeuner est parfait.

Ei koskaan enää tähän hotelliin!

En syönyt aamiasta, ks. seuraava kysymys. Äänieristys oli hyvä.

Saavuin sunnuntaina, odotin, että klo 17 respaan tulee joku ja päästää minut sisälle ( ulko-ovessa oli merkintä, että respa on auki joka päivä klo 17-20). Ei tullut. Pääsin hotelliin sisälle vain ystävällisen toisen hotellivieraan avatessa oven ja hän löysi minulle kuuluvat tiedot ( avaimen, ulko-oven koodin etc.) Oma puhelimeni oli sammunut, enkä saanut sitä ladattua virheellisen johdon vuoksi powerbankistä. Kävin ostamassa pizzan illalliseksi, siitä jäi osa syömättä, joten roskiin meni. Muutakin roskaa sinne meni. Seuraavana päivänä kukaan ei siivonnut ( edes tyhjentänyt roskista). Tuoksu oli mellevä huoneessa.

Nous avons apprécié d'être contacté le matin pour connaître notre heure d'arrivée et de nous donner les instructions par téléphone et message. Personne aimable et discret. Hôtel calme. Petit déjeuner pour tous les goûts.

Personne n'est présent à l'accueil alors que les horaires indiquent une présence de 17h à 20h. Vous récupérer votre clé sur un tableau. La salle de bains était sale (présence de cheveux et de poils). La chambre sentait le renfermé et l'humidité. Le lit était extrêmement dur. Les oreillers sont minimalistes. L'isolation phonique est inexistante. Le petit déjeuner est passable. En résumé, je ne vois pas comment cet hôtel peut afficher sur sa devanture une plaque 3 étoiles. Je n'y retournerai pas !
