Horrible.

Property was really dirty. I did not like one single thing.

Nothing was functioning: tv, spa and the amenities listed. On top very poor level of hygiene.

Breakfast was great. Hotel is not quite the centre of town but easy walk into town. Most restaurants close from 2 until 7pm so that was a little difficult as we were there for an iceskating competition with early mornings so wanted to eat early. Great to have a fridge in the room. Lovely room size and comfortable beds. Very friendly staff. Beautiful little town that really celebrates Christmas in a big way so beautifully lit up and we were there for their annual Christmas procession which was a lot of fun.

No milk in the room for tea and coffee, so we just popped into the grocer and got our own and we also had to remember to fill a water bottle at reception and take it to the room.

Nice location in the very centre of Epinal.

Breakfast buffet was excellent

Shame there is no evening meal service. The car parking bays are very small: not designed for cars built since 1980.

Nice room but not the best stay.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable and there was lots of choice for breakfast.

The room was too hot and the air con did not seem to cool it down. Also the windows were locked. You could also hear all of the noises on the road including a group of people playing the trumpet and singing at midnight. The garage was super tight and hard to manoeuvre out and in to.

Very nice hotel for a short visit

Very nice hotel and convenient to central Epinal and train station. Staff helpful and friendly.

Stayed there before just after Covid lockdown was lifted. Same good level of service now.

Breakfast and room were up to standard. Near to good restaurants for an evening meal.

Parking spaces are a bit narrow. The bath in the bathroom has not yet been converted to a walk-in shower. Tesla owner should not have been allowed to park his Tesla across the garage entrance to charge it. Couldn't have been LESS friendly when he came to move it. But the hotel staff were effective in fining him and solving the problem of no access to the garage.

The wall separating sleeping space from the bathroom had glass elements, which made light to come out when someone is the bathroom. it was very uncomfortable especially at night when other were sleeping.

Not really a four star hotel. More 1980s fixtures and fittings without the things expected from a modern hotel, eg good quality shower, accessible electrical points in bedroom, enough space to lay out cloths and travel items.

staff were very good and helpful. once we changed rooms our new room was of a decent standard. nice to have a pool. good breakfast

it’s very run down in parts. our first “family” room was on the 3rd floor with a massive window that didn’t close or lock. that was in the room our 3&6 year old would sleep in and was so dangerous. it wouldn’t have taken anything for my son to climb on the windowsill slide open the window and fall out down 3 floors. that said when we pointed it out they immediately moved us. that room should never have been used.

Good hotel but needs renovation.

The hotel is ideally located in the city center of Epinal. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I really enjoyed having an indoor pool and a sauna.

The facilities are getting old and needs to be maintained better especially the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. The rooms are getting old too even if they tried to change the furnitures. The bathrooms need renovation.
