Fair Price but no dinner on Sundays

Access to Spa/ Pool was much appreciated. And a nice little sauna was very good.

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and because of the hotel profile expected the restaurant to be open for dinner. Sadly it was closed and we had to go off-site for dinner. While the pool was great , the jacuzzi was not well maintained and was foaming over when turned on. We caught the last 2 free towels in the Spa area, folks coming later were out of luck

There was some construction around the breakfast room while we were there but we had good service. Best to park in lot as basement parking is awkward.

Lovely hotel, breakfast could be better.

It was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was amazing. I travel with disabilities and the staff were very helpful in making our stay as easy as possible. The location was great.

Breakfast was disappointing, there wasn’t much food given the number of guests. I expect this is to limit wastage but who wants to be the person who takes the last sausage or croissant….

Elise was absolutely amazing and helped us with a late check in and even supplied us with a small plate of food each after the kitchen had closed. Gorgeous person.

Lovely place to stay. Excellent staff and facilities are fab. We had a really nice meal in the restaurant. They have a great wine list.

The window shutter in the room did not work properly and curtains did not pull across resulting in lack of privacy. Safe did not work. Could use pool only if set time booked. Very limited dining options in walking distance from hotel.

Great location. Quite spacious and comfortable. Quiet bedroom. Spa if you want it.

Superb hotel on quiet location with very friendly staff and a excellent restaurant.

We asked for a quiet room and this request was fully met. We received a room at the end of a ground floor corridor, where no other guests would pass. Between the door to the corridor and the bedroom is a hall with bathroom and WC, so there are two doors between the bedroom and the corridor of the hotel. The air condition worked well and was easy to control. We switched it off, since the room had shutters outside the window, so we could keep the window open. Even with open window, there was little noise from outside. A good thing is the WC, separated from the bathroom. We had a great dinner for 22 euro pp. The chef has talent if he is able to serve such a tasty and well presented three courses dinner for that price. No wonder that most guests decided to have dinner in the hotel! We did not use the Spa and other facilities in the hotel.

The batteries of the remote control for the TV were corroded. After mentioning it to the reception they were replaced. The location of the hotel is ideal for travellers, close to the highway. If you want to see the centre of Épinal, however, you will need to drive. The hotel is located in an industrial (economic) zone, but it's still possible to have a nice walk in the environment. Opposite the hotel is an ALDI for all your groceries (or a half bottle of wine) and in 3 minutes walk your reach a nice bakery where you can have breakfast with a croissant and coffee or tea (If you are not in for an extensive buffet).

Pretty much everything. Staff is poorly trained and somehow arrogant. Night staff is particularly terrible.
