We were immediately made to feel welcome and met with warmth. The suite exceeded our expectations with beautiful furnishings, plenty of space, a jacuzzi bath and a sauna! We had dinner in the restaurant which was excellent and the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. We will definitely return.
The spa area is small and a slot needs to be booked which is sensible as it would otherwise become very crowded.

Excellent hotel. The staff was very attentive, the cleaning of the room was superb. The bathrooms are new and functional. The beds are very comfortable. The common areas and halls are stylish. The spa is very good, the sauna is nice and hot at 90 degrees and there is hammam, pool and jacuzzi. Free outdoor parking.
These are minor details, but in the spa I would put either a bucket-shower, or a tub, filled with very cold water to cool down after the sauna. I would also provide a water fountain. The bedroom furniture could be updated.

Good sizes room, modern, clean, quiet. Bar and restaurant good to have within the complex. Good overnight free parking too.
No lift to make it easier for disabled or elderly people with bags to access the second level.

Great location. Quite spacious and comfortable. Quiet bedroom. Spa if you want it.
Breakfast not great. Over-cooked bacon/undercooked sausages. Very limited choice in the restaurant if you're vegetarian or don't eat red meat. Quite expensive for what it is.
