The location is absolutely perfect – peaceful, surrounded by mountains, and ideal for anyone looking to relax and enjoy nature. The staff were wonderful and went above and beyond to help us solve an issue immediately — truly kind and professional. Our room had a breathtaking view, a very comfortable bed, and plenty of space to move around and feel at home. And the pool — just perfect! The kids loved it, and it was also great fun for the adults. It really made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended for families and couples who want a quiet getaway with top-notch service and facilities!

It was clean and the staff was friendly.

Unfortunately, the water in the swimming pool was too cold for children, so we couldn't use it. Also for the Sauna you need to make a reservation, what makes it complicated. Keep in mind that the bath is in an extra building, so you have to dress/undress because you need to walk outside. Due to the "energy crises", they don't heat properly... The free Wifi is extremly slow. If you want a proper connection, you need to pay (or use your mobile as hotspot).

Views are just to die for. Hotel located in unbelievable beautiful spot. Good swimming pool with a slide (kids loved it). Good value for a money breakfast and dinner. Very lovely receptionist (even with quite poor English she was very helpful). Good sized apartment, a bit dated but clean.

WiFi is really horrible. Strange rules in the swimming pool - men and boys can't wear swimming shorts. 🤔

Food at dinner could have been better. We must have been the most unlikely family for room view. They couldn’t have been that busy to put us in the only room with next to nothing of a view 😔

Superb

The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean and certainly big enough for wat you pay for it. It has a nice bathroom with a decent shower and a toilet in a separate room. There is a swimming pool that you can access for free. The breakfast is good and there is a lot of choice, and the same goes for the dinner buffet.

There is free WiFi, but it is very slow. This seems to be on purpose, because you can also pay to get good WiFi. I despise companies that try to get a few extra euros for something that is advertised as a free service. Also the room was a little hot and there was no air conditioning.

Location and view was good. Open air and forest walks to explore. Plenty of cycling options in the area. Well organised to cater for COVID conditions. Friday dinner good value for money. Pub staff friendly and helpful.

Dinner seating was confusing of Friday on arrival. The staff on duty did not speak English so we waited for a while to understand what was happening with Dinner seating. No soap in the bathroom. Shower was leaking onto bathroom floor. No English channels on the TV. No safe in the room.

Eine familienfreundliche Wintersportstätte in zauberhafter Umgebung.

Sehr nettes Feriendorf, mit allem was man braucht. Das Schwimmbad direkt nebendran ist super für die Kinder. Es gab ein vielfältiges Buffet zum Abendessen und auch zum Frühstück. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, wir haben eine tolle Entdeckung gemacht und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Emplacement en plein massif des Vosges et en proximité immédiate de la petite station de ski alpin de Larcenaire/Bussang. Qualité des repas proposés durant le séjour Personnel au top et bienveillant Programme d’animations durant le séjour et mini club pour les enfants

Ce n’est pas la faute de l’établissement mais lorsque le village vacances est complet, les moments des repas dans les salles de restauration sont bruyants. C’est une vraie fourmilière.

Notre séjour s’est globalement bien passé, en tenant compte du rapport qualité-prix. Il est important de préciser que ce n’est clairement pas un hôtel 5 étoiles, et il ne faut pas en attendre ce niveau de prestations. Cela ressemble davantage à un club familial, probablement orienté vers les familles avec enfants. Les points positifs : Les chambres étaient très propres, le linge impeccable, la salle de bain également très propre. Rien à redire sur l’hygiène. L’ensemble est très minimaliste, simple, sans superflu. L’ambiance fait un peu penser à un hôtel des années 80 — une impression assez rétro. Cela dit, pour 166 € les deux nuits pour deux personnes, le prix est très attractif. À ce tarif-là, on ne peut pas exiger du luxe. Si vous venez avec des attentes réalistes et éventuellement votre propre complément pour le petit-déjeuner, cela peut tout à fait convenir.

Le petit-déjeuner est très limité. Principalement des pains, du café et des œufs qu’il faut cuire soi-même, en restant à côté. Il n’y a pratiquement pas de choix salé ou équilibré. Même les assiettes manquent — des soucoupes à café sont utilisées à la place. Cela reste très basique. Le personnel est discret, voire insuffisant par rapport au nombre de clients. Au petit-déjeuner, 2 ou 3 personnes pour une salle de 60 à 100 clients, ce qui rend le service difficile.

Das Zimmer war gut.

Zimmer war nicht so sauber. Matraze war zu Hart. Hatten Schmerzen nach dem 2. Tag. Frühstück war nicht genug Auswahl. Eine Sorte Wurst, eine Sorte Käse kein Gemüse. Eier mussten man selber kochen und wurden oft geklaut. Abendessen war wenig Auswahl. Vegetarisch nur Salat. Suppen haben zu 50 Prozent nach nichts geschmeckt. Auch wenn man offensichtlich mit der Fahne Wedeln muss, dass meine Frau Vegetarisch ist, Ein bisschen mehr Auswahl wäre nicht schlecht. Schwimmbad ist gut. 12€ für Dampfsauna pro Person ist Frech.

super buffet de petit déjeuner, diner en buffet aussi bien en general tout est correcte. une superbe vu panoramique des excusions sont organisées en covoiturage ( juste l'entré du site à payé)

mettre des robinets thermostatiques sur tout les radiateurs ( trop chaud dans les chambres, le recfectoire...) ils ouvraient les fenetres pour rafraichir. et a l'inverse, la piscine (l'eau et les locaux) sont un peu froid

À 300m de la station de ski et des pistes nordiques / raquettes Nous avons apprécié la tranquillité, c’est une petite station familiale Le studio supérieur est spacieux, idéal avec notre chien (Golden Retriever), 7€ / jour Balcon avec vue, table & chaises Prévoir des serviettes pour la piscine (non fournies)

L'espace aquatique même si il y a un manque conséquent de transat par rapport au nombre de locataires

Le fait que ce n'était pas précisé que pour la location, il fallait prendre son liquide vaisselle, le papier toilette, le lavant pour les sols, je pensais qu'un kit était fourni surtout pour 2 jours ... Pour le restaurant sur place , le buffet a volonté, comment dire ... Si je devais le noté je mettrai 1 sur 10 , un menu est imposé où on peut se reservir mais nous n'avons pas le choix ou vraiment très peu ça ne vaut pas 17€

L eau froide de la piscine , Il est indiquer 27 degrés à la piscine mais on était plus à 22 , nous n avons donc pas profité de cet espace qui semblait très agréable pourtant de plus il manque de quoi poser ses affaires dans les cabines.
