Appartement très bien équipé et calme Situation géographique parfaite, nombreux commerces et restaurants proches à pied Luxeuil belle ville à découvrir
Seul bémol panne d ascenseur à notre arrivée avec une personne de plus de 80 ans très compliqué.... Le personnel a su nous proposer une solution sous 24h avec changement de chambre au 1er étage ce qui nous a permis de rendre le séjour plus agréable Le lieu n'est pas tout jeune un petit rafraîchissement dans les espaces communs serait bien

La situation face aux thermes municipaux. La petite terrasse côté rue. Le restaurant attenant à l'établissement. Le parking public en face. Seule la façade est bien rénovée, on attend la suite.......
La vétusté de l'ensemble: totale insonorisation, fenêtres simple vitrage en mauvais état. Petit déjeuner à la française pas terrible.
