Staff are friendly and the bed was comfortable.

It's just really run down. It needs new carpets and needs decorating. As soon as you leave the reception area and go towards the rooms everything is worn out and looks old and dirty. This time my room actually smelt bad too. Surprisingly poor for a Mercure.

Still some exposed electrical sockets in my room, shower a little too cramped, and my room has a faulty remote control for the television. Chair for the table desk is a low stool. (Kinda nitpicks in general).

Clean comfortable, in house pizza ok

Easy to find, easy parking, staff helpful, restaurant not fully open, however you could order food and was delivered to your bedroom, I ordered a pizza Which was better than most large pizza chains, was surprised that they cooked in real wood fired pizza oven. All in all I would stay there again, I thought the price a little high, however finding hotels in France compared to other countries getting pricey. Staff seemed helpful, place was clean, WiFi worked ok so nothing to complain about really.

Lift/elevator to bedroom would of been nice, other than that not much to complain about.

Globalement séjour calme et reposant

Le calme en journée car j'allais à Luxeuil pour marcher et me reposer entre les marches. Le petit-déjeuner était bien mais a peut-être un peu baissé en qualité (je ne me souviens plus si on pouvait presser les oranages avant ?)

Le problème avec les petits-déjeuners non inclus annoncés à mon arrivée alors qu'ils avaient été clairement prépayés. Et à mon départ, on m'a annoncé à nouveau qu'il fallait payer les petits-déjeuners !!!

Bon séjour dans un hôtel bien placé et confortable

Hôtel très bien placé et bon petit déjeuner. Personnel très gentil. Très bon restaurant ouvert tous les jours.

Notre chambre empestait le tabac froid ! Nous avons appris que c'était une ancienne chambre fumeur qui mériterait des travaux ! Nous avons heureusement obtenu un geste commercial pour le désagrément...

Un hébergement douillet, à la parfaite mesure, sans prétention.

Le coin de verdure, le calme, la bonne taille de la chambre et le strict nécessaire qui s’y trouve (sans que ce soig spartiate non plus), le petit déjeuner, la possibilité d’avoir de l’intimité même dans les espaces communs.

Voldoet aan de verwachtingen, bellen met hotel bij 3 personen.

Goed hotel voor een tussenstop onderweg. Advies is om direct met het hotel te bellen voor een reservering voor drie personen op één kamer en booking.com er tussen uit te laten.

Een opmerking voor Booking.com: Er zijn kamers voor 3 personen, deze kunnen bij Booking alleen geboekt worden als je 2 volwassenen aangeeft in de reservering. De derde persoon moet dan bij de receptie van het hotel toegevoegd worden. Omdat dit door booking.com onduidelijk aangegeven wordt, konden wij alleen 2 kamers boeken en waren ruim 70 Euro duurder uit. Dit is bijzonder onhandig. Het hotel kan een booking via booking.com ook niet terugdraaien, omdat de fee afgedragen moet worden op basis van de twee kamers.
