Perfect location at the lake, unfortunately we had to cancel our holiday after 2 days due to a positive Covid infection, this was no issue and Betty has been very kind and supportive

Missing a cozy couch to stretch your legs. there was no description of how the room was arranged. Bunk bed is in the entrance hall connecting to toilet and bathroom. It has no own window.

A great apartment for a ski trip

The apartment was big and the kitchen was well-equipped. It was very clean and quiet. The property was very nice right on the lake. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and there was a locker to keep our ski equipment.

The shower head did not have a mount up on the wall, so you had to hold it the whole time or take a bath.

Excellent price-quality with amazing view from the room!

The view from the room was amazing. Excellent location for hiking and reaching Gerardmer by foot. Room had a fully equipped kitchennette. For sleeping, it was VERY quiet (also not a lot of other guests at this time, which might be related). A lot of closets were available in such a small room!

The bed was not too lengthy for larger people (e.g. myself 1m85), and standard in width (1m40) which was a bit too small for us. Because of Covid, the breakfast was in a box which is less luxurious than a breakfast buffet. However, considering the price it was still worth it. The WiFi was broken most of the time, but the hotel manager warned us for this during our stay.

L’amabilité du personnel et leur accueil chaleureux ( dès que nous sommes arrivés sous la neige un chemin nous a été dégagé immédiatement) et l’appartement spacieux le grand parking

Emplacement top ! (Calme car reculé du centre-ville mais relativement proche à pieds: 30 min le long du lac, très belle balade) La vue depuis la chambre est magnifique ! Parking disponible sur place.

Logement assez vieillot (pourrait être amélioré). Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas un buffet petit déjeuner dans le restaurant du rez-de-chaussée. Cependant, la réception propose des viennoiseries ou paniers déjeuner à retirer sur place. Mais pour notre part, la chambre ne nous donnait pas envie d'y manger et cuisiner. Prix assez élevé. (120€ la nuit pour deux: On doit descendre les poubelles et retirer les draps)

Agréable pour quelques jours mais manque un peu de modernité et confort dans le mobilier.

Vue exceptionnelle et dégagée sur le lac. Accès direct pour la promenade du sentier autour du lac. Calme dans la résidence, propreté et sécurité. Située à quelques minutes du centre ville en voiture. Chauffage réglable et efficace par temps froid. Bien isolé. Bonne literie (sauf coin enfant) Large parking à proximité du studio. Connexion Wi-Fi OK.

Juste dommage que l'appartement soit toujours à l'ombre au pied des montagnes, jamais au soleil. Manque d'un petit canapé pour se poser et profiter de la vue sur le lac. Mobilier un peu hors du temps... Coin cuisine un peu étroit pour cuisiner et frigo petit. L'idéal serait de proposer un espace piscine couvert ou spa.

La ubicación es ideal, amancer viendo el lago y la montaña es una experiencia excepcional. Las habitaciones cuentan con cocina equipada.

Una lástima que las ventanas no tengan una pegatina que impida que se vea el interior desde fuera. Suele haber gente paseando por la orilla del lago y pueden ver el interior de la habitación.

Nous avons aimé l'accueil, l'emplacement, l'appartement. Dommage que la fenêtre soit construite à hauteur des yeux en position assise sur chaise Mon chien a pu venir.

Le petit déjeuner. Pratique mais, 1/4 de lait pour 2 chocolat chauds c'est trop peu Confititures excellentes mais impossible de les emportées alors qu'elles sont payées sous prétexte qu'il faut rendre les mini pots...un peu radin !!!. Menage:Il faut tout faire avant de partir, défaire le lit sortir les poubelles

Le petit déjeuner était très bien. La situation tout au bord du lac idyllique, c'est un bonheur de pouvoir l'admirer à travers les larges baies de la chambre à toute heure. Le logement était très propre , joli et très bien aménagé. Le personnel était adorable, chaleureux et serviable!
