Comfortable stay with great breakfast

We had a very pleasant one-night stay at Logis Hotel Les Sapins with my family. The room was comfortable and well-heated, which was especially appreciated given the cold weather outside. The beds were cozy and allowed us to rest well. We also really enjoyed the breakfast — fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day. Overall, a nice and relaxing stay, and we would happily recommend this hotel.

A nice stay at a charming place with very helpful staff

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clearly they are cycling friendly too. Charming hotel, on a good location, and a nice change from the big hotel chains.

It was a bit difficult to ventilate the room/bath room. Combined with the heat outside it made the room feel a bit stuffy/contain little oxygen.

Exceptional

The wine list, oh la la. And the food is formidable.. As we were on a motorbike, iit is on a fantastic route. If you are into cycling,, well the breakfast room is for you with jerseys of world champions and Tour stage winners on the walls

Perhaps Room was basic. But bed comfortable, can't really find fault,Perhaps coffee in the room but that is nitpicking. PS the pool is a bit small.

The restaurant is very high-end. The price was accessible. Decent location if you have a car.

The room could use some minor repairs (e.g. shower hose leaking, bin not opening), the toilet paper was cheap. The restaurant, although, extremely posh, didn.t have a flexible menu. It didn.t seem like a kids' friendly place

Mold and no running water, at least the food was good.

Staff was friendly, dinner and breakfast were good but expensive.

One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Our closet in the very small room was filled with mold.. There was even mold on the pillow cases. The manager was apologetic but we did not switch rooms or were offered a refund.. We didn't have running water for several hours on two separate days. We were not notified so when we came back from skiing I couldn't get a shower. Also, it's far from everything and not cheap by any means. The breakfast is nice but 12 euro is a lot for some bread and cheese. The closest raclette restaurant is 30 minutes away.

The room was ok, basic but comfortable. I didn’t think we could eat there but the restaurant made a special veggie meal which was delicious. Breakfast was good.

Ich war zum zweiten mal dort und habe schöne Tage verbracht. Würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

Frühstück reichhaltig und gut. Lage perfekt zum Erholen und zum Wandern. Angenehm ruhig, abgesehen von der zeitweise stark befahrenen Straße nebenan. Tolles Restaurant mit exzellenter Küche. Entspannte Atmosphäre und höfliches Personal.

1 nuit proche des Vosges

Petit déjeuner copieux et (pour le prix €13/p) c'est plus que correct, vraiment! Le restaurant est un plus également car on y mange très bien, une carte courte certes mais de bons plats! L'emplacement un peu en dehors des grosses villes mais malgré tout proche de Gerardmer et de Turkheim etc... idéal!

Nous avons eu la chambre 29, au bout du couloir du 2ème étage, et heureusement au bout du couloir car l'isolation acoustique n'est pas le point fort! J'étais aussi surpris de voir encore du tapis plein dans la chambre... La sdb mériterait un rafraichissement complet (bac de douche et sol).

L'ETAPE IDEALE PENDANT LE FESTIVAL DE BUSSANG...OU EN DEHORS.

L'accueil, la disponibilité et le professionnalisme du personnel. La grande qualité du restaurant. Le confort de l'hôtel. La possibilité d'un excellent plateau restauration en chambre si retour trop tardif du théâtre de Bussang. Depuis quelques années notre point de chute habituel pendant le festival de théâtre, à 10mn de l'établissement.

Le vacarme dans les couloirs des sauvages rentrant au milieu de la nuit sans se préoccuper des autres clients. Une recommandation au silence sur la porte d'entrée de nuit serait bienvenue.

Wir würden es nicht noch einmal buchen

Teppichboden fleckig und schon ziemlich alt. Betten unbequem, und der Lärm von den vorbeifahrenden Autos nachts zu laut. Balkontür mußte geöffnet bleiben, weil es warm war und keine Klimaanlage vorhanden war.

Bon séjour bien situé pour faire des activités avec les enfants

Merci à tous le personnel qui était plutôt sympathique. Un gros coup de cœur pour Sabrina qui nous a donné beaucoup de chaleur et de sympathie.

L'accueil, le confort, le repas, la piscine, tout était très agréable ! Le parking est spacieux.le repas sur la terrasse au calme était vraiment succulent, menus très élaborés.

Il manque quelques supports pour les linges dans la salle de bains et l'insonorisation n'est pas excellente. La piscine est très propre et agréable, cependant les traces marron sur la ligne d'eau du liner font penser le contraire, c'est dommage
