Nice apart-hotel in Luxeuil-les-Bains

A couple of minutes walk from Luxeuil-les-Bains village centre, easy parking. Staff ok, room nice. Coffee machine and microwave avaialble.

Lights are a bit low and one medium-small towel only after shower.

Nice place, great location for town, more expensive than it used to be (relaitively)…

Convenient, reliable standard (normally).

The prices have gone up, which in the current climate is perhaps expected, but they went up a lot. Water was off in the morning, the whole of the town affected to be fair. Reception were ‘ok’ but didn’t seem to care particularly, I guess there was nothing they could do. Luckily we had bottles of water in the car so could at least clean our teeth!

Very mixed feelings

In reviewing and looking again at the pictures and the description I get the feeling we have been cheated. Pictures and description show a balcony or a small terrace with chairs. Our room only had a french balcony so it was not possible to sit outside, sitting outside was something we had expected. The room was reasonably ok, but the floor was sloping down and it creaked. Could not open the balcony doors completely, curtain suspension was obstructing this. Staff only speaks French. We had a kitchenette. The notice that we should take care of our own garbage is a notice I have never seen in any "aparthotel". The instruction did not state where to leave the garbage. Our apartment was on the streetside. This side including our balconies is very filthy.

I will use this hotel again for my next stay but without breakfast option.

The location of the hotel is fine. The room was big.

The breakfast does not worth 11 euro. At 08:45 am there were only 3 little raisin pastries left on the buffet and bread. No ham, no eggs, no cheese, no milk.

Excellent apartment right next to a beautiful park.

A self-contained apartment situated within the Hotel de Sources, this accommodation had an equipped kitchenette and an en suite bathroom. Lots of space with a sitting area, a desk and a small dining table. Our apartment overlooked the park and was very quiet. There is parking just outside and a restaurant if you would like to eat there. We used the kitchen which was perfect. We would definitely stay there again.

Our GPS did not find number 2 in the street and the building has a big sign 'Hotel des Sources' on the side, so not obvious that it is the Cerise Hotel. Not a big problem as we called the reception to find out where they were sitiuated.

This is an excellent, very clean hotel with ample space in the rooms, which included a kitchenette.

A wonderful location in the historic district with the front situated on a park and ample parking. The breakfast and room were excellent, and the staff was very helpful and polite.

There was no information about the bar, and it never appeared to be open.

Wow not what we were expecting, go elsewhere

the entrance, that’s it!

unfortunately it was like a hostel, facilities were extremely outdated and felt like I was on some sort of teenager weekend away! this place needs a refurb desperately, I couldn’t even bring myself to shower in the fluorescent green shower room and will be making a complaint to booking.com for the misleading photos of the rooms ad they certainly do not look anything like we thought we were booking!!!

Good value for money and great location

Very friendly, excellent location, great sized shower, good and well equipped kitchenette. Hygiene concept overall and hygiene set provided in room on arrival - all great. Bright rooms courtesy of the floor to ceiling doors.

The skirting boards in the room and bathroom were dust covered and clearly haven't been cleaned in a while - that was off-putting. The silicon seal around the shower base could do with being re-done, it was discoloured.

Very central location beside a small park

Very well sized room with good bed, nice bathroom and a small small kitchen. The double bed is big, there's some place to read and no noise. Just as it should be. Even free parking is provided.
