We liked the cleanliness of the room, the proximity to the sea (5-10min walking), the room has a lot of furniture, the AC worked perfectly. We also liked the parking near the house even though access to the parking is somewhat awkward.
The owner's daughter is very responsive via emails.
When there were other guests in the house we heard doors slamming shut about 5 times every night, waking us up, presumably from the guests with the external bathroom.
Minor inconvenience: the fridge is located in the hallway and is shared between all the guests. It makes things awkward if you just want a cold glass of water in the night...
In the shared common area there is only a water heater. We brought with us a tiny toaster and a single electric plate. We made toasts and scrambled eggs for breakfast in the common area.
Even though we were very careful and always cleaned everything after ourselves, the owner very disrespectfully attacked us and accused us of frying with oil(which we never did) and that we could destroy the facade on the wall and could cause a fire. By the way, the owners very casually operated a pressure washer from the same wall socket. She also accused us of hiding making breakfast from them, even though we literally made it in the common area.
We have no problem with the owners telling us that we can't use a toaster and an electric plate but them attacking us and accusing us of things we never did has definitely put a sour taste on the whole experience.

Comfortable room with private bathroom. Clean and tidy. Location in a quiet, residential neighborhood with lots of nature. Close to the beach.

Låg perfekt lite ovanför stranden. Suoerfint badrum. Fanns en gemensam terrass där man kunde sitta och äta sin frukost, delat kylskåp utanför rummet.
