Pansion Maria is a very nice small hotel within walking distance of Old Town Zadar. Our room was two flights up in a building that appeared to have multiple rooms on each of the three floors. Zoran, the proprietor, is very personable and was very helpful in giving us directions to the Old Town. After check-in, we walked to Old Town (1.5 Km) to see some of the walled city and the Sea Organ and the Greeting to the Sun. A big crowd had gathered at dusk to see the led-based ‘performance’ of the ‘Greeting’ installation.
Free parking was a definite plus! The continental breakfast was a good start to our day exploring the Old Town. Highly Recommended!

Property owner Zoran is friendly and welcoming..the room is comfortable and has a well working AC and balcony, a wonderful perk. Bathrooms are a bit small and there is no shower gel/shampoo. Our shower doors unfortunately didn't seal properly and after every shower the floors were wet.

This was a fantastic hotel in the heart of Zadar. The breakfast was super and a BIG plus to the owner, who welcomed us at the street, when we arrived exhousted with our motorcykels.
