The room is very well located in the old town, easy to reach from the port and the bus terminal. The owner was very friendly and very attentive to my needs.
A small reminder could be posted asking guests to respect the silence when returning late.

Location was stellar; the six-star rating I gave was only because of the location. The old town is very nearby, as is the bus stop. Many restaurants and diners are also close by.
Except for the location, almost everything else was not good. .
The bathroom is very small.
The sheets had blood stains.
There wasn't much place for a clothes rack.
