The room was nice and clean. Location close to the centre of Galashiels with overnight parking on the adjacent street
We had some issues with the shower valve as we couldn't control the water temperature. However this will presumably be repaired but just frustrating as only staying one night.

The location was very central to the town . The food was excellent at the venue we would recommend The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
A fridge in the room would have been very useful and maybe a fan . I understand that the weather is not in their control, but the room was extremely warm and unfortunately you could not open the windows sufficiently to allow a decent breeze in.

Gorgeous modern room with a very comfortable bed. Location is central and only a few minutes walk from the train station. All staff were lovely and helpful. Was only there for a brief stay so didn't have dinner, but the pub downstairs has a nice menu. Didn't experience any noise from the pub, room was nice and quiet.

Location petfect for train station. Staff friendly and polite. Staff kindly delivered dinner to my room and booked a taxi for me.
Poor heating in room. Needed 2 duvets for warmth. Hairdryer was poor quality. Blew cold air. Toilet cistern trickled water on and off. Windows old, let in drafts, blinds not blackout. No shower gel.
