Excellent large bedroom overlooking the garden and views across the Borders countryside. Friendly and efficient manager.
Bathroom was a bit small (particularly the sink) and choice of complimentary breakfast was limited but still good.

Lovely old house with friendly, helpful staff Room was clean Parking was easy
Breakfast was disappointing- no haggis or black pudding.
Room was small and en-suite was tiny
