Most gorgeous property in the Scottish Borders, clean, comfortable and relaxing. Very welcoming host who made our stay extra special.

Uta went out of her way to make sure we had everything we wanted for breakfast ! I was amazed to find a very small thermos of milk for coffee in our room, no plastic containers to dispose of . The view from Bowden House was idyllic. Sheep, birds and rolling hills as far as the eye could see. We asked to meet her dogs and that was a real treat for dog lovers. Tiger and Sophie (?) big friendly wire-haired Vizslas.
