Great unit on ground floor with all facilities, very comfortable with easy access everywhere.

Hostess Lena is very nice, happy and great communication before and after arrival. All facilities including a washing machine included which when travelling is a must. Not near old town but 10 minutes on the No.4 bus which goes each 15 minutes 100m to bus stop. Nearby beach and rock swimming. Many cafes, bars and bakery very close. This is highly recommended!

It was lovely to stay in this accomodation. It was a room in the hosts house and was overall comfortable and welcoming.

The host was amazing, so welcoming and ran us through different pieces of information about the area. Lovely room that was a good size and had a garden terrace which was very pleasant. Bathroom was a good size too. Felt very safe. Good location in between old town and other beach’s. 10 minute easy bus to old town.

The bed was two single beds put together, which worked however could get uncomfortable. Bathroom didn’t have much ventilation.

all in all we definitely recommend if you want a 10/10 stay with a kind host and a property in a very good location.

Lena’s property was lovely, we had our own section of the balcony which was great when it was nice and hot, the room and bathroom was equipped and clean, and so was the bedroom. Lena was also a very good host, as soon as we arrived she was waiting for us and showed us around, then she got us drinks as it was a hot day and gave us recommendations for restaurants, trips and beaches and also told us where necessities such as the supermarket was and which buses to take to the old town if we wanted to go , she also made us delicious pancakes on our first day was was very kind of her. the property in general is in a very good location with restaurants nearby (we recommend the public pub) and only a short walk to the old town and beaches or there is a cheap bus that runs every 20 mins.

The owner is very friendly. Always asking if everything's okay, always ready to help If needed. She gave us plenty detailed information where to eat and what to do. The boat tour on our last day was great - just ask her and she will organize your pick up.

A wonderful stay in a charming studio apartment

Lovely little studio apartment with everything you need. The owner, Lena, is delightful and very helpful. She was very accommodating. The location is excellent. There is a bus stop close by which takes you to the old town in under ten minutes with buses coming every 15 minutes.

The room was a little warm in July even with air conditioning.

Great studio, nice bathroom and good equipped kitchen.

Very nice studio, big and good equipped. Host was fantastic, waited for us until late and then explained and showed us the map, location, she also suggested about sightseeing and gave us some good info about Dubrovnik. She also left some water and juice for us in the fridge when we arrived. Air conditioning and wifi were fine.

Curtains are somehow half transparent so it was very bright in the morning

Great location. Lena was very helpful. Air con worked effectively to cool the room down. Fridge was very useful.

Nice lady, who keeps the room clean and helps with your issues

The appartment is located on the ground floor and it seems, that this was a garage before. Not so convenient to stay there more than for a few days (you feel that the street is almost in your apartment). There is also only one small window and I had lack of sunlight

The host is very friendly! The place is nice and from the studio you can just walk in from the street.

It is quite far from the city center, but you can easily take the bus which is around the corner.

Everything. The owner was very very nice. She offered us a welcome drink and gave us advises to enjoy much better Dubrovnik. It is the best accommodation we had in Croatia. That place is better than expected.

La atención de Lena y su cercanía haciéndolo sentir tu casa. La localización y su buena comunicación en bus con el Old Town.

Los mosquitos. Importante ir preparado. Tiene un buen jardín en la terraza, por lo que es buena idea llevar repelente.

La solarità di Lena, sempre col sorriso. Il terrazzino dove ho potuto leggere un libro in santa pace. Qui a Ragusa non ci sono zanzare!!

Poca privacy, bagno lontano dalla camera per cui non si poteva uscire svestiti: infatti nella stessa abitazione convive la padrona. Inoltre, non essendoci il bidet (come in tutte le altre nazioni da me visitate) eri costretto a fare i bisogni importanti prima della doccia. Poi c’erano pochissime prese per la corrente in stanza. La cucina poi non c’è. Quella esistente la utilizza lena.

Séjour très agréable chez Léna

Notre hôte Léna a été adorable. Elle nous a accueilli avec un petit verre et une part de gâteau fait maison. La chambre est propre avec le lit très confortable. Salle de douche privative. La terrasse fleurie est un plus 🌸 Calme et bien situé (15 mn du port et 20 mn de la vieille ville) Supermarché à proximité

Accueil chez une propriétaire très sympa et aux petits soins avec nous. Terrasse partagée, parking au pied de l'appartement et au calme et à 40 mns à pied de la vieille ville ( possibilité de bus )

Nicht wie erwartet

Netter host und hat uns die Aktivitäten gezeigt

Die Unterkunft war nicht wie beschrieben. Es wurde nicht gesagt, dass man mit der Mieterin zusammen wohnt. Das Bad war nicht im Zimmer und Wasserkocher und co im Flur und teils auch nicht ganz sauber. Meiner Meinung nach wurde es nicht transparent angegeben, dass man kein Apartment bekommt. Sonst hätten wir es nicht gebucht. Daher haben wir nur 1/3 Tagen dort übernachtet und uns woanders etwas gesucht. Die Hausregel besagt, dass kein Besuch von Gästen erlaubt ist, aber Vermietern bekam Besuch.. was irgendwie komisch ist.

Très bon accueil malgré notre arrivée matinale. Leena est aux petits soins pr ses invités. Studio bien équipé, conforme au descriptif, bien situé : pas très loin de la vieille ville, des plages.

Pas d'extérieur pr prendre les repas, contrairement à ce que ns avions vu sur les photos. La grande porte vitrée ( d'entrée) du studio donne directement sur le trottoir , peu d'intimité si on veut laisser la porte ouverte sur l'extérieur.

L'emplacement est super, pas loin de la vieille ville (30 min a pied, 9 min en bus). Parking couvert La cuisine est bien équipé. La dame.qui nous a accueilli etait tres gentille et prend le temps de donner quelques conseils pour visiter la ville.

L'air conditionné ne fonctionne pas bien et tres bruyant. Les rideaux laissent passer la lumière donc ô a eu le soleil en pleins dans le visage a 7h

Bardzo miła i przyjazna właścicielka. Od razu przedstawiła możliwości zwiedzania, jak dojechać, gdzie warto pojechać. Bardzo sympatyczna.
