Rest Up London

The location is excellent, with a 24-hour bus stop right in front and places to eat and small markets nearby. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The room met my expectations, especially since I booked a shared room only with my friend. It was warm and clean. The breakfast is simple but very good for the price.

There are many stairs, but this was already expected and not really a problem. We also had a small issue with other guests in our corridor who were noisy and bothered us, but we reported it to reception and they were very proactive and helped resolve the situation.

The staff was helpful and always willing to help. I had a problem with one of the guests and they immediately assisted me and eventually solved the issue. The location is okay and connected pretty well.

The room was very dirty. The bed was uncomfortable and without a privacy-curtain. But the worst part of the whole experience was definitely the bathroom. I purchased a shared room with a private bathroom as well. I’ve never seen anything dirtier in my entire life. I had to use the shared ones, but they were even worse. The shower was a night mare, the water was either boiling hot or freezing cold. You had to keep pushing a button repeatedly to let the water flows, which was pretty annoying. The toilets were disgusting, I don’t think anyone cleaned them during my 4-days stay.
