The breakfast was fantastic and everything was clean. Check-in was easy and well organised.
The pillow was slightly uncomfortable and I didn't know I had to ask for a bottom bunk when I booked.

The place was clean. A lot of beds in one room, but still managed to be comfortable enough with curtains around. Location is fantastic. The reception staff are nice and helpful
The app key system was kinda silly

It was clean. Close to my destination. Easy to find. Also close to tube station as well. Staff are helpful and their coin locker was a massive hit for me. The Oasis part is really safe for solo girl travellers like me.
I didn’t like that a male used to come to the room at noon. He was a staff and used come for work only when other female workers were present. I could see that. But I still didn’t like that. Cause us girls don’t really wear much clothes when we’re comfortable in our room. It was huge shock for me. I would appreciate if they replace him with a female worker for Oasis part.
