    Very poor service. I arrived at dawn and was treated rudely and disrespectfully by the receptionist. Check-in took a long time, and the bed was dirty and unmade. I was asked to wait 30 minutes, but even after waiting, the bed was still dirty, and I had to wait another 30 minutes for housekeeping. Extremely disappointing service, far below my expectations.

    I’d only recommend this spot if you just need a space to crash and will be spending most of your time outside (including at night). The pub they have downstairs can get pretty noisy and the party goes on till late. They also host large groups that takes up 21 beds dorm room so you can imagine it’s like another party in there. They give you an ear plug, but I had to use my AirPods with white noise playing just to block out the noise. Location is great tho. Getting anywhere in London from this place is pretty easy. Also hoped that they clean the toilet more frequently.
