    Staff here are friendly and accommodating especial Minhaj, Sruthy, Faiz, Haseem. Helpful during our stay and accommodating to our needs. Facilities are good and complete, variety of breakfast can be improved.

    I arrived at the hotel late at night after nearly 35 hours of travel, only to be informed that there were issues with my room and I would need to move to another property about 500 meters away. No assistance was offered to help with my luggage, and the alternative facility appeared to be of a lower standard. There was no apology, upgrade, or even basic support provided, which was extremely disappointing.

    My recent stay at the Residence Inn London Bridge was a delightful experience, largely due to its strategic location and the genuinely helpful staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable base from which to explore London. The hotel's location is a major highlight. It's a quick 10-minute walk to both the London Bridge and Borough tube stations, making it incredibly easy to navigate the city. Additionally, there are numerous bus stops nearby that provide direct routes to the West End and other popular areas. The hotel is situated in a great neighborhood, and I particularly enjoyed exploring the vibrant Bermondsey Street with its fantastic array of shops, cafes, and restaurants. The staff at the Residence Inn London Bridge were friendly and welcoming. My only minor point of feedback is regarding email communication. I sent a few emails both before and after my trip, including one inquiring about a belt my husband may have left behind, and unfortunately, none of them received a response. While this didn't detract from our overall positive experience at the hotel itself, it's something to be aware of if you need to contact them remotely. Overall, the Residence Inn London Bridge offers a combination of convenience, comfort, and friendly service. It's a great choice for leisure travelers who want to be in the heart of a lively and well-connected part of London.

    I'm a Marriott Bonvoy Gold member. I generally prefer Marriott properties in the US, but I was so disappointed in this hotel. Although I generally get early checkin, it was not available. They offered to take out bags but no bag tag was provided. No security at all when we returned at check in time, the staff asked me to find my own bags! I could have taken any of them. The rooms were small and not well thoughtout. The shower door didn't close well leaking on the floor. No water was provided so we made regular stops to the market near by. The breakfast is a joke just lots of bread and cereal. Coffee was horrible. There is only one guest elevator and it broke during our stay. They provided clean towels and ran the dishwasher everyday. For the price, there are many options much better. The location is 15 min from any tube station.
