Staff were helpful and friendly. Facilities were fine. I wasn't expecting luxury.
Was a little noisy outside at night but that's half expected staying above a pub

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The rooms floor was a bit uneven, but that was alright. There's a bus stop almost next to the hotel and you can get everywhere in londen from it.

The staff were very welcoming and the place was clean
The beds were not comfortable at all and the heater was right behind the beds and the location is meh But according to the price u knew what u were getting
