The whole experience was truly ruined by the man at the reception ( who is also the owner) I am a very experienced traveler I have lived in US and now I am back to live in Venice Never in my over 20 years of traveling around the world and be myself a worker in the hospitality industry I received such a rude unprofessional attitude for no reason whatsoever: it stars when me an my son ( 8 yeas old ) have checked in … he was clearly bothered by us I guess because he was having his lunch ( he told us !) not only rude but also not very precise ( couple of wrong info provided) Very unwelcoming. Never has happen to me that a business owner or a front desk agent says to me “ maleducata “ in the very moment I am paying He said it because I was asking about the charges since he took my cc without inform me about the total … then he literarily throw at me the cc slips without saying a “thank you “ or “ goodbye “ … unacceptable.He ruins everything most a special day for me and my son Vergogna ! so wrong

Rude staff at the reception who argued with me during the checkout process, because Booking,com has taken the "tourist taxes" off my account whilst we should have paid it @ the hotel. There are not enough parking spaces right at the hotel,somehow they have directed us to a vis a vis property to park our car. The room was a bit tight for 3 people, the same goes to the little terrace, too small for 3 people at the same time. Little space to dry a small Family's towels and swimming clothes. The air conditioning was only working with closed doors/windows, and was only working medium capacity all the time, you cannot change things/settings, all centrally adjusted. Also the lights are off since the card( also used to enter premises)removed from the wall slot. The only good thing was that the beach was close enough with dedicated chez longs( a pair)and an umbrella. Also need to mention that there are notes about fees to pay for parking and beach services ( 10 - 15 euros respectively). For us it is a no go place again.

Good

The staff was friendly. The location was good, just 5 minutes to the beach and a bit outside of the town center. One gets their own sunbeds + umbrella assigned at the hotel, so no need to stress about getting one every day. Also can get a bracelet from the reception, that allows to use a safe at the beach. The buffet breakfast had some variety, i.e. cereals, eggs, meat and cheese cuts, fresh fruit and veggies. The facilities were clean, aircon working fine, also there was a safe in the room.

The room we got was really small, we didn't even have enough room for two small (cabin luggage size) suitcases, had to always close them and move to a side. The hotel parking was very limited ~ 10-12 cars max, it was always busy so we had to park at the street for a few days. Apparently it pissed off some locals, whose usual spot we took, because our car got scratched (with a key? or other sharp metal object) on the side and on front.

Nagyon kellemes hely, szívesen meglátogatnám máskor is.

A reggeli nagyon finom és választékos. Kellemes volt reggelizni a nyitott teraszon. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. A vacsora egy közeli étteremben volt, ahol menülap alapján kellett vacsorát választani.

A szállodához viszonylag kevés parkoló tartozik és emiatt mindig zsúfolt. Ettől függetlenül parkolni mindig tudtunk.

Őszi kiruccanás

Ár-érték arányban megfelelt a 3 csillagos hotelnek. Minden nap takarítás, svédasztalos reggeli ,a választék elegendő,amit a személyzet utántölt.Barátságos,segítőkész személyzet . Őszi kirándulási ötleteket is kaptunk a recepción.Elektromos autótöltőt is láttunk a hotel parkolójában.Ez a hotel októberben is nyitva(a környék hotelei,apartmanjai zárva tartanak).

Perfekt für einen Strand Urlaub

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Zimmer waren sauber und Parkplätze waren direkt vor der Tür. Ein Schirm mit zwei Liegen war für den ganzen Zeitraum für uns reserviert. Frühstück mit guter und großer Auswahl. Gerne wieder!

Alles war wie beschrieben; ein kleines, sauberes Zimmer mit Balkon. Wir haben uns nur zum Schlafen im Zimmer aufgehalten und dafür hat es vollkommen ausgereicht. Frühstück nett gemacht und ausreichend Auswahl. Gute Lage und nettes Personal.

Bei schlechtem Wetter sind die kleinen Zimmer zu bedenken. Mehrstündiger Aufenthalt über Tag nicht gemütlich. Parkplatz vor der Tür, ist auch immer besetzt gewesen. Das Personal regelt es aber sofort und schaut, dass ein Parkplatz frei wird.

Leider eine Enttäuschung.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Der dazugehörige kostenlose Parkplatz ist für Urlauber mit Auto ein großes Plus. Die Mitnahme unseres kleinen Hundes war kein Problem.

Leider hat uns das Zimmer überhaupt nicht gefallen. Als wir buchten, wurden 2 Typen von Zimmern angeboten! Gebucht hatten wir ein flexibles Zimmer, welches mit 16 m2 beschrieben wurde. In unseren Fall hätte das geheißen, wir bekommen ein " schönes" Zimmer mit guter Größe. Wir hätten auch die Möglichkeit zur Buchung eines "Budget Doppel-/ Zweibettzimmer"mit 12 m2 gehabt. Es hatte uns aber von der Größe und Ausstattung überhaupt nicht gefallen. Für dieses hätten wir bei der Buchung um einiges weniger bezahlt. Kurzum, gebucht und bezahlt das bessere, bekommen tatsächlich das billigste!! Wir haben dann noch 2x Frühstück extra dazu genommen. Dieses hat uns die Chefin dann nicht verrechnet. Auf Booking ist nachzulesen, dass das Frühstück bei diesem Zimmer Typ für "GENIUS" Kunden sowieso kostenlos ist! Schade, es ist nicht schön. Auch wenn man nur für eine Nacht bucht, nicht zu bekommen was einem zusteht.

Das Hotel Crystal ist ein nettes, kleines Hotel in Caorle. Hervorzuheben ist das Reinigungspersonal- selten so ein sauberes Zimmer gehabt. Auch vom Frühstück waren wir positiv überrascht!

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden, da wir ja bewusst kein 5 Sterne Hotel gewählt haben und so mit wussten, wo wir Abstriche machen müssen
