Nice place but we recommend to inform the guest upon arrival about all the hotel policies

The location close to the beach and the amazing breakfast

The staff did not informed when handing over the keys about the hotel policies- breakfast and the places organised at the beach for the hotel. The result was we were not informed about the breakfast price we had to pay and at the beach after we stayed 70% of the day another guest came and asked to move from there as they had reservation. We had to return to the hotel to be informed about a special ticket we need to receive from reception for having a reserved place at the organised beach. We received place being late informed in the last row of the beach. We were with our small child that wanted to stay only in water and that did not helped us to supervise and stay with him properly.

Perfect holiday there!

The hotel is on perfect place, view steps to the beach. There is dinner offered for hotel guests, The price is 35 EUR, quality of food is very good.

I paid 5 nights included all services, which were offered in advance, but the hotel receptionist tald me the breakfast is not in the total price. Extra cost for breakfast for one person = 15 EUR. I was confused, because Booking sent me confirmation about all paid sevicies.

Good value for your money

Good value for your money. It was clean,verh close to the beach and restaurants/city centre. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are soundproofed and one can enjoy a relaxing holiday even in a rather busy area of the city.

I like the location, the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness of the room. I also liked the prices, not only for the room, but for the drinks as well.

My last night was horrible, I couldn't sleep till 4.a.m. I think it was the air-conditioner from another room, but it was so noisy, I could not sleep. In my room (410) the air-condition did not work at all.

Very noizy, from 6 am. Very poor breakfast Poor cleaning, not delicate cleaning personnel (walking in without warning or permission, moving personnal things around the room). Far from the center

The staff was courteous and friendly. The beds were comfortable, and the location is convenient because it is close to the beach and quiet at night.

Value was subpar for the price. The fridge in one room was off and had to request staff to turn it on. AC was not working in one of the rooms until staff came to fix it. Was the room updated. The other one was smelly and in need of an update. Adding meals was going to be insanely expensive (10 Euro pp for breakfast, 30 Euro pp for lunch and dinner, so we ended up going somewhere else.

The room was small and about to be renovated. The beds were soft. The breakfasts were good, but the meetings were the same and the dinners were not much ... A special combination of appetizer and main course.

Nice and clean hotel with friendly staff. Perfect dinners and breakfasts. You can borrow a bike any time for free. Also parking the car in blue zone nearby for free. Near to the city center.

Perfekt Location, the city center is very close, the beach 1 minute walking, delicious breakfast and big choice. Totally worth it. We will definitely book again.

Good

Room was nice and spacious and had a fridge, and was daily cleaned. Staff was also nice, Hotel is 50 m from the beach, had sunbeds included and bycicles we can use.

Restaurant is too small, and at breakfast when too many guests come at once, is hard to get a coffee, since there is only one machine. It also tends to be very loud in the restaurant. The Wi-fi was slow and moody.

Some people of staff were friendly and helpful, it’s about house-keeping and one of the waiter, room was clean, beds good

We stayed at the hotel with Half Board meal plan so breakfast started at 8 am and ends at 9-30 am and dinner started at 7-30 pm and ends at 8:30!!! pm. If you late for 5-10 minutes you leave your breakfast or dinner. It was very bad for us because with little children is very difficult to plan time so exactly. Breakfast was poor ( bakery, some parma and cheese) but you may stay without it all because if something is over then nobody replenishes what has ended. We were hungry after breakfast. With salad bar and desserts on dinner the same situation if vegetables or desserts ends thats mean that you stay without vegetables and desserts. Broken and grey dishes. If you want to pay with card for example beer or juice you can’t do it because they asked about cash. Waiters ( most of them) never asked what you want to eat you must wait or try to catch them then asked about meal and other things what you want. So Half Board this is spent money.

Comfortable and relaxed Hotel in the right place.

The Hotel Ca d'Oro is in a quiet area of Caorle right next to the beach and for this reason you are guaranteed lovely peaceful and quiet nights. No noise from bars etc. A real bonus for anybody with dogs is the access to the beach which is super clean and only 50 metres away. The staff are very helpful and professional.

Staff cortese e professionale ,camera ristrutturata e accogliente, parcheggio, lettini / ombrellone, biciclette e colazione compresi nel prezzo. Buona la posizione, buona la colazione variegata tra salato e dolce. Rapporto qualità/prezzo superiore alla media di Caorle che diventa ogni anno più costoso Nel complesso una piacevole esperienza...

Forse la facciata di una parte del hotel un po' datata ma in definitiva pex me' non fa' nessuna differenza nella qualità del soggiorno

Alles in Allem wunderbar.

Lage in zweiter Reihe aber wirklich fast direkt am Strand. Das Personal war freundlich. Zimmer okay - Preis / Leistung in Ordnung. Mit dem Rad konnte man wunderbar in die Altstadt fahren.

Ein bisschen eng beim Frühstück, Essen war aber ganz gut.

Rossz ár-érték arányú szálláshely, amit semmiképp nem ajánlunk.

Közel van a tengerpart, nagyrészt finom volt a reggeli, ezen kívül jót nem tudunk mondani.

A megérkezésünkkor miket fogadó hölgy stílusa minősíthetetlen volt, a parkolást az utcán (a 40 fokban) akarta megoldani, holott előzetes egyeztetés szerint minden szobához saját fedett parkoló jár (végül nagy duzzogás mellett megoldotta a problémát). A szoba korántsem olyan mint a képeken, a bútorok ódivatúak és kopottak, az ágy kényelmetlen volt. A takarító kopogás nélkül ránk nyitott, majd siettetett, hogy hagyjuk el a szobát, hogy tudjon jönni, ami egy hotelben nem elfogadható. Átverésnek éreztük, mert korántsem azt kaptuk, amit a képek és a leírás alapján vártunk. Ide biztosan nem térünk vissza és nem is ajánljuk.

Visszatérők voltunk, jövőre kihagyjuk.

Közel a tengerpart, figyelembe vették a kéréseinket a szobákkal és strandon az ágyakkal is.

Érkezésünkkor szembesültünk vele, hogy a parkolás számunkra nem megoldható a helyszínen, holott a foglalásban is helyszíni parkolás volt és nem kaptam erről tájékoztatást sem. Végül ugyan maradhattunk a parkolóban de nem volt egyszerű lebeszélni, utána a parkolásért felelős hölgy a férjemnek nem is volt hajlandó köszönni.

La camera tripla assegnataci era del tutto inadeguata rispetto al prezzo pagato. Il bagno, chiaramente destinato a persone con disabilità, era indecoroso: privo di box doccia, con solo un piatto e una tenda in tessuto; il wc dotato di seduta per disabili risultava inutilizzabile, specialmente per bambini piccoli. L’ambiente era maleodorante e tutt’altro che igienico. Non avevamo richiesto una camera accessibile, e la prenotazione era stata effettuata con largo anticipo. Ritrovarsi in queste condizioni è semplicemente inaccettabile. Alla richiesta di anticipare la partenza di un giorno, la struttura ha opposto un netto rifiuto, attribuendo la responsabilità a Booking.com. Dopo aver contattato direttamente Booking, ci è stato confermato che la decisione spettava unicamente alla struttura. Il direttore, interpellato nuovamente, ha rifiutato la richiesta con un laconico “no”, dichiarando che altrimenti avrebbe perso 200 euro. A completare il quadro, nemmeno la colazione era inclusa nel prezzo esorbitante. Un'esperienza da dimenticare. Una vera e propria trappola per turisti.

Preisleistung ist gut sogar bei spontanen Buchung.

Super Lager, strandnah, sauber, gutes Frühstück, kleines Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Parkplatz und Liegen mit Sonnenschirm inklusive. Personal ist super nett. Alles was man für kurzes Aufenthalt benötigt.

Balkon ist sehr klein, nicht mal 2 Stühle passen. Das ist das einzige Manko.

Gutes Hotel für (Bade-)Touristen in guter Lage für den östlichen Veneto. Sehr guter Service für den Parkplatz und Strandabschnitt bereits für uns vorbereitet (150 m) und gebucht. Ca. 1/4 h laufen bis in die Altstadt: sehr hübsch!
