One of those properties that deserve 11/10

let me start first with the communication. Matilde was an excellent host and the communication before and during the stay was awesome. she managed to accomodate for all our needs are we are very grateful. Appartment and Facilities: the flat was spaceous with big rooms and great balcony with stunning port view. all the ammendments you need you get: washing machine, tabs, coffee machine, dyson vaccum, and it was stocked with all first hand utilities by the host: even branded beach towels, bag and flip flops. the whole buidling is brand new and very modern. Cleanliness: spotless clean not only the appartment but the whole buidling. we also got a mid-stay clean which was nicely arranged and very considerate of our time. Location: excellent! 2 minutes to coop,. 5 min to the beach and 10min walking to city centre. despite being so central, it is very quiet at night

the only one small minor thing as a suggestion: some cushions for the balcony chairs. :D we spent quite some time enjoying drinks after the kids went to bed and had to use towels so that our buts dont get numb :D but in general nothing that can ruin even slightly our stay.

flexible check-in / check-out, new apartment / well equipped,

wifi in the apartment & exterior lighting (on both terraces) was not working upon arrival. The latter was not fixed during our stay, but was partly compensated at checkout. Short blankets (fine for people not taller than 165cm).

Location very nice and quiet. Very close to the beach. Private parking. No need to use the car in Caorle. New building very hi tech. Everything is confortable and logic. Very clean. Manager very involved and nice. Nice relaxation area on the roof. A good experience!!!

Wir hatten wirklich einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt ..

Die Lage war super ! Wir waren zu Fuß schnell am Strand, in Caorle und Geschäfte und Restaurants waren auch da ....es war auch sehr angenehm für uns , da wir unseren Hund Maxi mitbringen konnten. Wir möchten gerne wieder kommen. Caorle war auch so schön weihnachtlich geschmückt....toll ....

Sehr helle Wohnräume schön groß und freundlich eingerichtet Das Bad mit Dusche und regenbrause ausgestattet Eine schöne große Terrasse auch vorhanden Parkplatz top vor und hinter dem Haus

Traumurlaub - man sieht sich immer zweimal im Leben! ;-)

Tolle Unterkunft, modern und hochwertig ausgestattet. Schöne Lage, nah zu Stadt und Strand. Toller Service bei Fragen. Wunderschöne Dachterrasse mit Whirlpool und Lounge.

Ein Esstisch auf dem Balkon wäre super!! Dort ist leider nur ein kleiner Tisch vorhanden.

Wunderschönes Apartment / einfach Weiterempfehlen

Die Lage ist perfekt! Sehr sauber und sehr freundliches Personal. Wir hatten das Apartment Richtung Hafen und die Aussicht war sehr schön. Wenn man das Auto laden will, geht das ganz unkompliziert mit der Karte vom Haus(bekommt man bei Anfrage) innerhalb von 4min ist man bei einem Supermarkt (Coop) & 5min zum Strand. Absolut fußläufig erreichbar ohne Probleme. Auch im Stadtzentrum ist man sehr schnell zu Fuß! Wir waren fast jeden Abend zu Fuß dort als Spaziergang. Wir kommen sicher wieder!!

Wenn man mehr kochen will, soll man ein Schneide Brett mitbringen. Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau

Velký čistý apartmán s 2 terasami a pěknou koupelnou se sprchou. Blízko k moři i do obchodu.

Chybělo již nějaké kuchyňské ubytování prkýnko, vařečka ale asi to je tím že se již pomalu blíží konec sezony.

Ho soggiornato con il mio ragazzo e amici in questa bellissima struttura un per un weekend a luglio. Siamo rimasti entusiasti della bellezza del residence e del nostro appartamento con vista sul porto. Nuovissimo, pulito, essenziale e in ottima posizione. Speriamo di tornarci in futuro.

Es ist ein top ausgestattetes Apartment. Insgesamt eine super Anlage. Ruhige Lage und nicht weit in die Altstadt. Rooftop Pool ist sehr empfehlenswert. Sehr ruhig und entspannend Diese Anlage bekommt 100 Punkte von uns!!

Veľmi čisté a moderné ubytovanie

Veľmi pozitívne hodnotím prístup pani Matilde, ďakujeme :). Apartmán bol veľmi čistý, moderne vybavený, postele boli pohodlné (dokonca aj prístelka vo forme gauča plnohodnotne nahradila posteľ). V apartmáne sme využili aj kávovar nespresso. Potešili nás zvlášť osušky na pláž/ k bazénu a flip-flopy. Lokalita výborná- 5 min pešo na pláž, 15 min pešo do centra mesta. Celá rezidencia bola moderne vybavená s najnovšími technológiami. Výhodou bola aj terasa, kde sme si mohli vychutnať rannú kávu. Prišli sme na 2 autách, 1 auto malo parkovacie miesto priradené k apartmánu, a druhé auto sme zaparkovali na ulici pred apartmánom (tam však nie je istota, že parkovacie miesto bude voľné, preto treba vystihnúť, keď niekto bude odchádzať). Celkovo skvelé, radi sa vrátime zas :).

La struttura, i sevizi, appartamento con tutte le comodità (lavastoviglie, lavatrice, dyson). Bagno grande con finestra, il nostro appartamento aveva due balconi grandi. Sul tetto piscina idromassaggio con lettini e anche una parte coperta da una pergola bioclimatica. Parcheggio coperto. Spiaggia e Coop vicini.

Две отдельные спальни, шикарный балкон с тенью, наличие стиральной машины и пылесоса Dyson, большой телевизор, наличие посудомоечной машины и духовки - супер! Индукционная печь и вытяжка - также супер. А также большой обеденный стол, удобный сан узел, комфортная температура, которая поддерживается во всех комнатах, наличие москитных сеток и роллет - спасибо огромное !!! Удобные матрацы! Хорошее освещение! Отличный интернет. Вид с верхних этажей прекрасен. Наличие пляжных полотенец и зарезервированных лежаков с зонтиком на пляже - также удобно !

К сожалению, лично нам не хватало таких мелочей, если не сложно, добавьте, пожалуйста. Не хватало инструкции по выносу мусора, где стоят контейнеры. если была бы распечатка - это облегчило бы жизнь. Рулона бумажных полотенец Наличие хотя бы по одной таблетке для посудомоечной машины на каждый забронированный день и хотя бы пару капсул для стиральной машины.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in einem modernen und komfortablen Appartment, das keine Wünsche offen ließ. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit, was unseren Urlaub noch angenehmer machte. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

Appartement war sehr gut ausgestattet, Dyson Sauger, Waschmaschine, Herd mit Backrohr sowie Geschirrspüler. Grundausstattung vorhanden.

Leider nur ein kleiner Tisch auf der Terrasse, man konnte nicht in Freien essen. Keine Einstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder.
