I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Clean beds.

Breakfast: The food was mediocre and the coffee horrendous. No fresh vegetables (although advertised) and only one type of cut fruit. The rest was pre-packaged. The reception was only sporadically staffed and we were even locked out of the hotel on a Sunday afternoon (around 4 p.m)! One couldn’t even reach them per phone! Absolutely unprofessional and shocking for a hotel this size. The spa area is tiny and not accessible on Sundays during the off-season! Beware to all those booking in the off-season! The male receptionist (older gentleman) seemed disinterested and barely spoke at all. Getting information out of him was like pulling teeth. Absolutely subpar experience. The air conditioner did not work!

Natürlich kommen wir gerne wieder.

Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, auch in der Übergangszeit (Winter) in dem das Hotel nur spärlich gebucht ist. Von allem reichlich vorhanden. Eine gemütliche Wärme im Zimmer und Bad, ganz speziell im Wellnessbereich.

Im Wellnessbereich gibt es keine Möglichkeit ein Glas Wasser zu bekommen.

Schöne Hotel, Gross, Sauber aber habe das Gefühl nicht so Willkommen.

Frühstück war leider nicht ausreichend gab wenig Auswahl. Wellness war meistens am Nachmittag Offen und mussten 1 Std vorher melden das überhaupt geheizt wird. Ansonsten war gut und Sauber. Ab 13 Jahre In Pool sollte nicht sein da die Kinder auch etwas davon haben wollten. Der Preis für Wellness musste ich auch Begleichen trotz Inbegriffen.

Weihnachten in Caorle

Das Frühstück war wie früher in Italien! Semmel, Schinken, Butter, Marmelade.... Wir sind jedes Jahr mehrmals in Caorle und sind immer im Aqa Palace und ein außergewöhnliches Frühstücksbuffet gewohnt! Sogar der Cappuccino war ungenießbar und das in Italien ...... wir können es nicht weiterempfehlen Die Zimmer und das Hotel an sich sind sehr schön, aber wir werden sicherlich nicht nochmals kommen

das hotel sieht auf den bildern ganz neu aus - innen merkt man das es alt ist aber renoviert - fahrräder kann man sich nur für 2h ausleihen - parkplatz war nicht am haus für uns vorhanden in der nähe parkgarage

Összességében jól éreztük magunkat.

A szálloda nagyon szép, igényes berendezéssel. A lakberendezésnél az apró részletekre is figyeltek. A szobákat minden nap takarítják, hoznak tiszta törölközőt. A folyósokat is minden nap porszívózzák. Az étterem berendezése is kifogástalan. A személyzet nagy része kedves és mosolygós. A szállodától gyalog kb. 3 perc a strand. A szálloda elhelyezkedése kiváló. Külön programot (music abend) szerveztek, ami szintén igényes volt.

Tengerre néző családi szobát kértünk, ehhez képest a szoba mérete 4 embernek kicsi. A leírásban 3 ágy szerepelt, helyette kaptunk 1 franciaágyat és 1 kanapéágyat. A tengert a terasz sarkából kinézve két ház között láttuk. A teraszon két szék volt, így négyen nem tudtunk kiülni, hiába kértük a recepción, nem kaptunk több széket.

A szobát mindig du-3után akarták takaritani ,esélyt sem hagytak a pihenésre.Nekünk kellet figyelmeztetni a takaritó nőt töltse már fel a kifogyott tusfürdőt.DE A LEGKÍNOSABB AZ UTOLSÓ NAP VOLT 10-ÓRÁIG KELL ELHAGYNI A SZOBÁT DE A TAKARITÓK 8-30 KOR MÁR KOPOGTAK HOGY JÖNNÉNEK TAKARITANI!!!! Alles in allem wars ok

Lage war super und auch das Hotel war sehr schön. Personal war super freundlich und kinderlieb

Das Zimmer war nicht wirklich sauber zB lagen noch Haare da. Dann die Minibar ist so blöd gemacht die Kühlschranktüre und die Umbautüre öffnen sich in verschiedene Richtungen, dass ist blöd gemacht. Beim Frühstück gabs wenig Gemüse und auch die Käse Auswahl war wenig. Es gab aber sonst von allem sehr viel.
