5-star staff and location with a 2-star room and breakfast.

Very nice location and also very kind and helpful staff, especially at the reception desk. They were also friendly and nice with my dog. The room had a nice and large terrace with a beautiful side-view. Easy to find the hotel, parking is possible at site free of charge.

Very poorly equipped room with a size less than approx. 10sqm. No place to hang wet clothes after swimming. The breakfast had limited sortiment, shortage of supplies (food, fork etc).

Really nice staff, near the ocean and perfect view.

The bed was too old and was really noisy when moving on it while sleeping. One can hear the neighbors talking, opening the door and everything. The cooler was really noisy when working.

The nearness to the sea is amazing. It´s also nice that there are terraces with direct sea view.

Untasty breakfast, some people of the staff were very unfriendly, the room was not cleaned upon arrival and the airconditioning didn´t cool the room properly.

Very good

Great staff and a nice set-up with the proximity to the beach and pool. They have fabulous floaties for the ocean and good bikes that are perfect for riding to town. And the town if lovely.

Food was just ok. Low end of what we'd had in Italy, but not bad. Their website makes it sound great. Didn't realize these isn't an Italian vacation spot and I was looking forward to being with Italians vacationing.

Easy weekend

I arrived a bit puzzle at the property since the hotel originally booked was in overbooking and just called to tell me not to come. The receptionist has been really helpful and settled me very quickly. In less than 30 min I had my room, my car parked, a light lunch, a spot at the beach and a bicycle to tour around. Simple but perfect for an easy and relaxing weekend. This lady saved my city break in just 30 min of time! Well done 🤩

The bedrooms deserve a renovation but they do the job as they are.

Dankeschön für wunderschöne Urlaub

Wir waren geflasht von sehr tolle Personal. Alle super freundlich und vollkommen. Alles war toll: Frühstück, kostenlose Fahrräder zur Verfügung, kostenlose liegen und Schirme am Strand, Sauberkeit der Zimmer ( dankeschön für tolle Irina, du warst Wahnsinn). Wir waren mit unserem Hund Orsetto zusammen und das hat trotzdem ohne probleme funktioniert. Leider können wir nicht alle Namen der tolles personal, aber alle, egal ob Rezeption, Bar, Frühstücksraum, waren super lieb und freundlich. Wir sehen uns mit Sicherheit wieder Kamilla, Marko und Orsetto

Schön am Strand gelegen. Auto wurde beim Check in am Parkplatz geparkt. Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Gutes Frühstück auch hier war das Personal freundlich. Strandliegen waren im Preis dabei und reserviert.

Einfach nur fantastisch

Ankommen, einchecken, die Autoschlüssel übergeben, damit es ala Tetris eingeparkt werden kann und dann konnten wir den Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Hotel einfach nur genießen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, ein großes Lob an alle. Ein besonders lieber Dank geht an die 2 sehr hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter die tagsüber an der Rezeption sind, nicht nur wegen der guten Deutschkenntnisse, sondern weil sie uns sehr viel geholfen haben alles zu finden wie Bazar, Bushaltestelle, Friseur und so weiter. Das Frühstücksangebot war ausreichend, das Abendessen war von der vielfältigen Auswahl, der Zubereitung und dem sehr guten Geschmack einfach super.

Die Musikauswahl am Abend. Ich hätte mir abends in der Bar wenigstens 1x in der Woche typisch italienische Musik wie zum Beispiel von Eros, Toto, Zucchero oder Giana im Hintergrund gewünscht.

Gute Lage, guter Service, doch schon in die Jahre gekommen.

Das Personal ist allgemein sehr freundlich. Wünsche werden erfüllt, wenn man danach fragt, jedoch nie von selbst angeboten (z.B. Frühstücksei) An der Rezeption wird man jedoch nur abgefertigt.. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und neu gemacht, der ist sehr schön. Toll ist auch die Nähe zum Strand, der Parkservice bei Ankunft und Abfahrt. Es ist alles sehr sauber gehalten, das Personal reinigt ständig die Terrasse und die Treppen.

An der Rezeption wird man jedoch nur abgefertigt. Man muss alles erfragen, von selbst bekommt man nichts erklärt. Es gab auch kein WLAN Passwort. Es ist ein altes Hotel, zum Teil renoviert, jedoch fehlt es an vielen Stellen an Farbe oder Erneuerungen. Zum Beispiel ist die Führung der Duschwand im Bad verrostet, und es wurde nur 3 x drüber gepinselt, was aber natürlich nicht hält. In diesem Zustand sind auch die Balkongeländer. Ob man dort auch ohne Halbpension zwischendurch zu Abend essen kann, habe ich leider nicht herausgefunden, da keine Speisen ausgeschrieben waren, wie dies andere Hotels am Ort machen. Die Küche wird auf der Webseite jedoch hervorgehoben. Die Matratzen scheinen auch schon die besten Jahre hinter sich zu haben, wie das Bad auch.

Velmi dobra dovolenka

Bezaplatny parking, ranajky, hned na plazi, hned vedla centra, mila obsluha, klimatizacia na izbe. Mali sme jednotky izby a boli prepojene - co nam vyhovovalo. Mali sme aj svoju terasu s vyhladom na more. Jednopostelova izba mala postel siroku cca 110-120cm (odhadom), co bolo super. Sukromna plaz, mate na cely pobyt priradene svoje miesto bez dalsich poplatkov. No a more - uzasne.

Steny prepustali trochu viac hluku, ale to je v hoteloch bezne. Samozrejme komare - treba sa na ne pripravit, radsej pouzit klimatizaciu a nenechavat v noci vetrat. Celkovo ale velmi dobry pomer kvalita / cena.

Schöner Sommerurlaub in einem besonderen Hotel.

Wir bekamen ein Zimmer mit Meerblick. 2 Liegestühle mit Sonnenschirm waren am Strand reserviert. Am Hotelpool gab es keine Reservierung, ab auch kein Gedränge. Zimmer war groß und mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Balkon mit Tisch und 2 Sesseln. Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und gut. Das Abendessen konnte man am Vorabend von mehreren Gerichten aussuchen, Vorspeise und Hauptspeise. Nachspeise bestellte man am Tisch. Terrasse mit Meerblick und Bedienung war bis in die Nacht für die Gäste zur Verfügung.

Alles zufriedenstellend.

Wohlfühlurlaub im Hotel Excelsior

Perfekte Lage direkt am Strand. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vom ersten Augenblick bis zur Abreise fühlten wir uns in diesem Hotel wohl und werden noch einige Male dort Urlaub machen.

Badausstattung etwas spärlich (für den Zimmerpreis), Servicepersonal (Foodbereich) etwas durchwachsen. Wie darf ich durch das Frühstückszimmer gehen, oh aufpassen? 15 Minuten vor 10 h. Um 10 endet das Frühstück …… dann gibts nix mehr.

Die Lage zum Strand war ausgezeichnet, Frühstücksraum sehr nett, Frühstück OK (größere Obstvielfalt wünschenswert), gute Lage zur Ortsmitte, Dusche OK, Räder vorhanden

In der Nacht war ein Aggregat zu hören, man musste Balkontür schließen, sonst alles OK

Kein zweites Mal

Die Lage des Hotels in der ersten Strandreihe ist natürlich toll. Dass es einen Pool gibt ist auch gut.

Für das was geboten wird ist das Hotel einfach völlig überteuert. Nur für die Lage zu bezahlen ist zu wenig. Zimmerausstattung billig, Betten unbequem, Bad eine Katastrophe, Fön funktioniert kaum, Klimaanlage ebenso. Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Pool muss dringend renoviert werden, da die Fliesen bereits ausbrechen. Frühstücksraum im Pseudobarock in den 80er Jahren steckengeblieben. Viel Personal beim Frühstück aber kein Service.
