New, fun and high tech hotel

Unico has the best breakfast buffet we’ve ever had! Their chef is fun and creative. The hotel is new, very clean and has a number of high tech aspects. The staff is attentive, kind and helpful. The free bicycles were super fun and useful to access the village and surrounding areas. There is a beautiful beach with shallow water so great for families. Highly recommend this hotel!

We spent an amazing vacation at this hotel, there's nothing to complain about. We will definitely come back. The hotel is newly built and very modern. It is located right on the beach, where they provide complimentary sunbeds and umbrellas. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the town along the promenade. So, you can enjoy the tranquility at the end of the promenade or go to the city center anytime for some fun. We had a room with a sea view, which had a beautiful spacious terrace equipped with sunbeds and a private hot tub. Everything in the room is electronically controlled, including the curtains. The hotel also offers the option to use an infinity pool on the rooftop with an amazing view and a bar where you can order food as well. The breakfast at the hotel was unique, with a large variety of different fruits, sweet and savory items, and made-to-order omelets, pancakes, and crepes. We had the chance to dine at the restaurant several times, and we were impressed with the service and the food. The staff is very attentive, and the head chef even came to introduce himself to us. Furthermore, the hotel provides complimentary bicycles, and there's also an indoor pool with a sauna and steam room. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone

The beach and the village where the hotel is placed are fantastic. Perfect for a relaxing weekend.

The staff waked up us and try to enter in the room everyday at 8.00am. It does not matter, what you do, the " do not disturb" signs, they kept doing it. We had to tell to them to do not enter when they were opening the door. They offer parking as part of the services, but the parking is extremely small, with 6-10 spots. So, they did not have a place. Some of the staff in reception were not able to explain basic stuff about the hotel. There was no shower gel in the room. You need to bring it with you. To me it was not the price of a hotel that costs around 130 Euro each night.

Horrible and shame for this price!

Breakfast was ok but long queue due to covid measures. The guy who served did is best.

First of all, rooms where very small and old. Beds not confortable, bunk beds for kids : one almost on the flood, second, retain barrier and schale in poor state of security. Air conditionning fall on kids beds so not usuable. When we arrived there was sand on floor so cleaning was poor. Towels very old and smelling. Breakfast ok. Reception, several time nobody even if we called. 220 EUR per night for such a poor quality, i paid less in Venezia near StMarc Place for the same 3* hotel. We left one night earlier because we could not manage anymore.

Es war ein schöner, gelungener Urlaub

Das Frühstück war unglaublich vielfältig, sehr nette, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, ein toller Spabereich. Das Hotel liegt in erster Reihe am Strand. Schöner Fußweg in die Altstadt von Caorle. Auch gut mit dem kostenlosen Fahrrad zu erreichen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Ein bisschen seltsam war es, dass, wenn wir nachmittags unterwegs waren, noch einmal die Betten gemacht wurden .

Gute Lage, schöne Ausstattung, aber unbequem und dauerbeschallt mit aggressiver Musik

Modernes und sauberes Hotel (zumindest Ende September 2025) mit wirklich einzigartigem Infinitypool mit Blick aufs Meer! Positiv: super nettes Personal, von der Rezeption über das Frückstückpersonal bis zur Zimmerreinigung, alle extrem hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich! Das macht den Aufenthalt schon einmal sehr angenehm! Der Pool auf dem Rooftop sucht seines Gleichen, das ist wirklich toll da oben… Das Meer vor der Türe mit Liegen und Schirm inclusive- das ist super!

- das Bett ist steinhart (weil kein flexibler Lattenrost sondern nur hartes Brett) für Leute mit Rückenschmerzen wie wir es sind vollkommen ungeeignet. Nach einem Topper (den ich schon bei Buchung reserviert habe) der leider nicht mal 2cm dick war und eher einer dickeren Steppdecke glich) habe ich um 2 weitere gebeten, das ging dann einigermaßen. - was noch nirgendwo stand, mich aber als musikalischem Menschen extrem aufgeregt hat, war die vollkommene Unsensibilität in Sachen Hintergrundmusik! Überall (vor allem auf dem Roof) wird man von früh bis spät mit aggressiver Techno-Dance-Lounge- Musik beschallt! Selbst beim Abendessen im Restaurant. Morgens beim Frühstück Pop-Rock… Nirgendwo ausserhalb des Zimmers hat man seine Ruhe… Im Spa-Bereich (der etwas klein aber mit Schwimmbad, Sauna und Dampfbad gut ausgestattet ist und damit gerade für Regentage wie jetzt Ende Sept. besser als nichts ist) läuft in Dauerschleife ein einziges Meditiationslied - das geht anders! Zu der Zeit als wir da waren, war vielleicht ein einziges Paar unter 40, der Rest darüber. Ja, man kann es nicht allen Recht machen, aber andere Hotels beweisen, dass es geht. Vor allen Dingen im Restaurant zum Frühstück! Der Blick aufs Meer ist so schön, da braucht doch niemand aggresive Partymusik! Wie an anderer Stelle aus letztem Jahr auch schon gelesen, ist das Restaurant leider gar nicht zu empfehlen, aus 2 Gründen: - wir essen vor jeder Mahlzeit einen grünen Beilagensalat als Vorspeise, der Ballaststoffe wegen - auf der Karte nicht vorhanden. Wir fragten dann nach einem einfachen grünen Salat - bekommen haben wir die Reste eines Eisbergsalates mit Strunck umd braunen Stellen… unmöglich! Wenn man ein in einem vermeintlichen Gourmetrestaurant ein Filetsteak bestellt und dann 2 ca. 3cm breite, 2cm dicke und ca. 10cm lange Endstücke voller Sehnen bekommt, dann ist das für 30 € eine Unverschämtheit. Nach Reklamation bekam mein Mann dann ein neues Filet, so wie es sich gehört.

Außergewöhnlich

Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich, das Restaurant sehr empfehlenswert und die Zimmer in modernem, etwas futuristischem Design, was ziemlich cool ist. Die Dachterrasse und der Infinitypool sind der Hammer. Das Wasser wurde sehr großzügig auf eine wirklich angenehme Temperatur geheizt, so dass man es auch bei kühlen Temperatur lange gut aushalten konnte.

Die Betten waren trotz Auflage etwas hart. Der Spa Bereich ist klein, die Wassertemperatur im Innenpool für mein Empfinden ziemlich kalt. Macht aber nichts, denn wir waren eh den ganzen Tag auf der Dachterrasse.

Schöner Urlaub, aber viel zu teuer und ohne "echtes" Italien-Feeling

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand und bietet Blick auf das Meer. Der Hot Tub auf dem Balkon war angenehm, aber leider für Juli mit warmen Temparaturen eher "ungeeignet". Das Frühstücks-Buffet ist umfangreich und beinhaltet alles von süssen Dingen bis hin zu eingelegten Dingen, es gibt auch eine Karte mit bestellbaren Gerichten wie Rührei, Omletten, Pancakes, etc. Das Rührei ist italienisch mit etwas viel Olivenöl zubereitet und das schmekt man auch

Preis für das Hotel war im Verhältnis zu dem was geboten wurde viel zu teuer. Man hört die Nachbarn in den umliegenden Zimmern bzw. die Personen auf dem Stockwerk. Das Zusatzbett war an der Wand festgeschraubt und die Matraze war eher einfach. Das Hotel ist etwas "abgelegen" vom Ort, sprich es muss jeweils ca. ein Spaziergang von 10-15 Minuten und mehr eingeplant werden. Es war mehrmals schlechtes Wetter mit Regen, da hat man gemerkt, dass der ganze Ort nich dafür ausgelegt ist, wie z.B. kein Taxi mehr, etc., auch im Hotel mussten Tücher ausgelegt werden, da das Wasser durch den Eingang hineinlief, etc.

Alles sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Tolle Lage mit unglaublicher Rooftop Bar und Infinity Pool. Tolles Frühstück. Tolle Piano Bar mit sehr guter Solistin am Wochenende 👍

Zu grelles Licht abends im Restaurant und Barbereich, wurde aber auf Wunsch vom hilfreichen Barkeeper und sehr engagiertem Küchenchef geändert 👍

Mehr Schein als Sein. Keine 5 Sterne wert! - viel zu überteuert.

Gutes Frühstück (nach langer Wartezeit), der Skypool mit der Rooftopbar waren toll und auch der Strandabschnitt war sehr ruhig und nicht überrannt.

-sehr unfreundliche Rezeptionistinnen -Wir haben und ein Taxi bestellt das uns von der Stadt abholen sollte. Dieses ist nie erschienen (konnten alles zu Fuß nach Hause gehen) -Keiner wusste wo unsere Autos hingebracht wurden, -die Zeit wo das Auto da sein sollte wurde nicht eingehalten und das Auto war dreckig als es zurückgebracht wurde -das Zimmer ähnelt einer Zahnarztpraxis und man hat sich nicht wohl gefühlt -am Balkon steht ein Whirlpool der nur teils funktionierte aber da der Balkon so klein war gab es nicht einmal einen Sessel oder etwas wo man seine Badesachen aufhängrn konnte -Blick auf ein sehr altes, fast schon schimmliges Gebäude wo uns Gäste dauerhaft anstarrten - die Mitarbeitet scheinten kein bisschen motiviert zu sein -für ein 5 Sterne Hotel alles Dinge die passen müssen!

Ein modernes Hotel in Caorle 👍

Ein super modernes Hotel, das durch sein außergewöhnliches Interieurdesign heraus sticht: die Wände und fast alle Möbel sind in weiß gehalten - indirekte, zum Teil bunte Beleuchtung, dominiert die Atmosphäre - klare Formen und nur zurückhaltende Dekoration. Alle Angestellten sprachen hervorragend deutsch und erfüllten sämtliche Wünsche sofort. Die Lage etwas außerhalb des Zentrums ist ideal, weil der "Rummel um's Haus" wegfällt. Das Highlight ist sicherlich der Rooftop Infinitypool mit dem spektakulären Blick über alle anderen Hotels und das Meer. Die Tische vorne an der Frühstücksterasse sind ebenso traumhaft. Und das Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht überladen, aber man findet alles was man braucht, um gut in den Tag zu starten. Abends gibt's Shuttles ins Zentrum. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel!

Teilweise wirkt das Hotel aufgrund seiner Machart kühl und steril und dies wirkt auf manche nicht so gemütlich. Die Zimmer sind schön, aber könnten für den Preis etwas geräumiger sein. Das Schlafsofa ist sehr instabil. Der Einstieg in den Whirlpool am Balkon ist nicht gesichert und über dem Niveau des Balkongeländers - dies ist eine Gefahrenquelle. Ebenso die nicht farblich abgesetzte Stufe ins/aus dem Bad, über die wir mehrmals gestolpert sind.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Nur gibt es Halbstöcke und man muss noch einen Halbstock zu Fuß gehen. Nicht geeignet für Menschen mit Behinderung.

Agréable séjour mais pas à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles

Hôtel récent et confortable qui n'a toutefois rien à voir avec un 5 étoiles. La piscine et le bar sur le toit sont très agréables et joliment équipés.

Le personnel est charmant toutefois le niveau de service n'est pas celui d'un 5 étoiles. Pas de parking sur place et concierge pas toujours présent pour aller chercher la voiture (parking éloigné de l'hôtel). Les chambres ne sont pas rafraichies le soir et et l'eau plate n'est fournie que le jour d'arrivée. Jacuzzi sur le balcon sale et non nettoyé pendant le séjour. Ascenseurs souvent en panne et mal insonorisé
