Was perfect in every aspect

Location, spacious, modern, well equipped. It is a great place especially on the top floor. Large balcony with a beautiful view to the sea. Everything is close including beach, stores and restaurants. Nearby parking is available and convenient. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment!

Superb

Location was very good, just in front of the beach. Parking 5mins from apart by walk. We had sea view and perfect big terasse.. One of the best accommodation we ever had in Caorle!! (Bigger and comfortable with aircon). Bikes can be rented for free. Everybody very nice and helpful.

Overall very good, just few things - Kitchen could be better equipped (for ex: only 2 glasses, lack of salt/pepper). Bikes for free but would need a service.

Even thought it said room service, there was non. The whole week nobody changed towels or cleaned the sheets or floor. Apart from that it was a great stay

Fantastic place! Quiet, but very close to the beach and city center. Very friendly staff, the apartment was supplied with everything we needed. Breakfasts were also very good.

Sehr freundliches und entgegenkommendes Personal. Apartment bequem ausgestattet mit großen Balkon. Spülmaschine und reichlich Geschirr. Zum Auspacken kann vor dem Hotel geparkt werden. Zwei Minuten bis zum Strand.

Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, großer Balkon, gemütliches Bett, sehr sauber! Die Zimmer sind ruhig und nicht so hellhörig wie die meisten Hotels. Dass man die Räder gratis und unkompliziert ausleihen kann ist ebenfalls top.

Große Empfehlung

Wunderschönes Appartment mit Meerblick und sehr großer Terasse. Es war sehr sauber und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und Freundlich. Wir würden auf jeden Fall beim nächsten Mal wieder das Selbe Hotel buchen.

Das Einzige, was man verbessern könnte,wäre das Bett, da die Matratze sehr gefert hat und man bei jeder Bewegung dadurch munter werden kann, wenn man einem leichten Schlaf hat. Das Bett musste außerdem selbst bezogen werden, was ein Beweis dafür ist, dass die Bettwäsche frisch und sauber ist. Dennoch hätten wir uns diesen Service noch gewünscht, wobei das Beziehen auch schnell erledigt war.

Két csodálatos hetet töltöttünk el Caorle-ban a MAR60 apartments-ben. Alice és Alessandro nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak, mindenben! A reggeli szuper volt, mindenki megtalálta a számítását.pl: Felvágottak,tojásrántotta, sajt, uborka, paradicsom, palacsinta, pékárúk, gyümölcsök és mennyei kávé.A strand 5 perc sétára van ingyenes napágyakkal, a parkoló szintén öt perc sétányira található. Bárkinek nyugodt szívvel ajánlom, mert minden jól szuperált.A szobák tiszták voltak és jól felszereltek, ha valami elfogyott csak szólni kell a recepción és pótolják. Szóval, nagyon köszönjük a szívélyes vendéglátást, Alice és Alessandro! Jövőre találkozunk! Bognár család

Absolut empfehlenswert für jeden, der eine erholsame und rundum schöne Auszeit sucht

Wir haben einen längeren Aufenthalt bei MAR60 Apartments gebucht. Nach langer Anreise kamen wir an der Unterkunft an und wurden super freundlich an der Rezeption begrüßt. Aufgrund mangelnder Italienisch-Kenntnisse war jegliche Kommunikation auch auf Englisch möglich, was uns alles nochmal erleichtert hat. Mit dem Betreten des Apartments fing der außergewöhnlich tolle Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft dann an. Die Ausstattung des Apartments war top (für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend, sowohl in der Küchenzeile als auch im Bad und dem separat durch Schiebetüren abgetrennten Schlafzimmer). Alles war super sauber und sehr modern eingerichtet, sofortige Wohlfühlatmosphäre vorprogrammiert! Das Highlight war für uns die tolle, eigene Dachterrasse mit Meerblick! Davon konnte man nicht genug bekommen.. aber auch die gemeinschaftlich nutzbare Terrasse auf dem Dach war toll, frei zugänglich und ebenfalls mit Sonnenliegen ausgestattet. Alle Nachfragen wurden an der Rezeption freundlich entgegen genommen (sei es neue Handtücher, Bettwäsche oder sonstige Ausstattung des Apartments). Die Frühstücks-Option hatten wir zwar nicht hinzu gebucht, im Vorbeigehen sah alles jedoch immer sehr lecker und reichhaltig aus. Die Fahrrad-Ausleihe war unkompliziert und es standen jederzeit genügend Räder zur Verfügung, um die tolle Altstadt Caorles zu erkunden. Auch die Lage hat beeindruckt, fußläufig alles zu erreichen, was man benötigt (mehrere Pizzerien, Bars, ein gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt, Eisdielen, …). Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage war es vom Apartment aus super ruhig, kein großer Lärm von der Straße oder den umliegenden Bars. Die Strandnutzung war super, wir bekamen direkt bei Ankunft eine Information zum passenden Strandabschnitt (zu Fuß etwa 5 Minuten entfernt - ca. 200m), dort wurden wir zu unserem im Preis inkludierten Strandplatz (1 Schirm und 2 Sonnenliegen) gebracht und konnten diesen den ganzen Aufenthalt über nutzen. Bei Anreise mit dem PKW steht ein eigener Parkplatz zur Verfügung.

Schönes Apartment in super Lage und gutem Sevice!

Schönes neues Apartment mit toller grosser Terrasse mit Meerblick in guter Lage, gleich am Strand und in der Altstadt, fūr Kurzurlaub ausreichend gross und alles vorhanden. Frūhstūck mit 5 Euro wirklich gūnstig und alles da, was man braucht, frisches Gemūse, Obst, Proshutto, Süsses, Säfte etc. Personal, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Parkplatz ist in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Für Apartments die nur einen kleinen Balkon haben, steht eine Dachterrasse mit Liegen zur Verfügung. Ich war sicher nicht das letzte mal hier!

Das einzige was nicht so toll ist, im Badezimmer kann man kaum die Handtücher aufhängen, das sollte besser gelöst weden und die zwar kostenlosen Fahrräder sollten besser in Schuss gehalten werden, Bremsen, Schaltung! Kein deutscher Fernsehsender, aber Netflix

Tényleg jó és tiszta hely, csak valahogy ennyi pénzért a fogyóeszközök pótlását biztosíthatnák.

Közel mindenhez, nagyon kedves személyzet, jó reggeli. A tetőterasz is nagyon jó volt nappal is, de sötétben is hangulatos.

Egy hét alatt nem volt takarítás, törölközőcsere, valamint miután elfogyott a WC papír/mosogató tabletta/kukazsák nekünk kellett ezekről gondoskodni.

Schöne, neue Apartments nahe zu Meer und Zentrum

Gute Lage nahe zum Zentrum, nahe zum Strand, alles sehr neu, sehr freundliches Personal, Luft, Parkplatz in der Nähe, großer Balkon. Durch einen Stromausfall war die Klimaanlage in mehreren Apartments defekt und der Schatten konnte nicht rechtzeitig behoben werden weil das Ersatzteil fehlte. Man bitte uns eine Unterbringung in einer anderen Unterkunft an, aber wir sind geblieben weil es in der Nacht ohnehin abgekühlt hat und wir ja sehr zufrieden waren. Man hat uns dann alle Nebenkosten erlassen und eine Flasche Prosecco geschenkt, das war auch sehr freundlich

-Sehr freundliche und Hilfsbereite Betreuung - Strandnähe -Zentrum Nah - Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung - tolle Ausstattung der Zimmer und Küche (Besteck,Töpfe,Geschirrspüler, Besen und Schaufel)+ großer Kühlschrank mit einem Tiefkühlfach - schönes Haus - traumhafter Ausblick von der Hausterrasse auf das Meer - W-Lan - Gutes kleines, aber feines Frühstück -Fahrrad Verleih - schönes Badezimmer Zur Info: - Die Strandliegen sind nicht direkt um die Ecke, man muss zum Strandlokal Don Pablo ca.7 Minuten gehen und wird dort zugewiesen - direkt neben dem Haus ist eine Waschküche - Ein TV mit Italienischen Sendern ist vorhanden.

- Wir hatten den Balkon auf der Seite zu den Lokalen und direkt darunter und gegenüber war ein Restaurant. Dementsprechend war es furchtbar laut bis 01:00 (Pfingsten Zeit) also in der Hauptsaison ist es sehr laut. - Der Parkplatz ist nicht sehr weit weg, aber nicht komplett überdacht für jedes Auto und daher viele Tauben und Möwen vorhanden sind, ist das Auto schon mal angekotet. - Die Betten bzw. Matratzen waren sehr schlimm für uns und sind früher abgereist. Wir spürten jede Feder.
