Nice and friendly apartment with a strategic position

Wonderful and clean swimming pool with perfect temperature, very clean apartment, very pleasant host and his Mom, few minutes to the beach, few minutes to the historical center, we had apartment with a nice sized balcony, which was very useful and the apartment had really everything we could think we need and more, the kitchen is very well equipped. Very comfortable beds. Great supermarket just two minutes by foot. You get your own parking space included in the price. It was nice and quiet, AC worked perfect. We paid €100 as deposit in cash which we got back and also we paid for the beach umbrella and beds, which is extra, but at the same time it’s nice that it’s always there for you when you come to the beach. Otherwise, the apartment has also sun beds and an umbrella, which you can take to the swimming pool, those you have to bring back to the apartment in the evening . I also loved the possibility to make coffee, there was percolator and regular drip coffee maker. What made it really comfortable and user-friendly is that the kitchen also had a regular oven, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen towel, dishwasher soap, and regular dish soap. When I did my research on where to stay considering the beaches in Caorle this eastern beach of Levante came out the best for people who want to relax, a little bit more comfortable and friendly atmosphere for kids. The water is shallow, the waves are fun, you can rent some paddle boats. And there is a very friendly beach bar with good food and drinks.

Great accommodation, family friendly in Caorle

Good location of resort, 20 minutes far from old city with many restaurants and tourist shops. Very friendly owner. We have booked two bedroom apartment next to swiming pool, including two bed and umbrella in beach. Accommodation was clean, every day was provided home cleaning. 5 minutes from apartment is big family supermarket. All was perfect, check-in, check-out, all holiday. I recommend- 10/10 Thanks. 👍

Little Gem in busy location

Everything was great. Comfy beds, clean and proper. Nice kitchen, nice bathroom big balcony with shade table and chairs. The staff goes the extra mile to help you out … gave us free bikes (they even swapped one that had a baby seat on and my 13 yo daughter wasn’t happy about 😂). Supermarket in front, plenty of food delivery options specifically for the Resort, swimming pool, tennis and padel court. Total relax … much needed.

The pool was large and clean and fulfilled the children's desires. There was a shop nearby and shopping was easy and convenient. The kitchen had everything you wanted. Recommend everyone with children to choose this.

I was here with my family at the end of August. Great location. The combination of beach and pool is more than suitable. The equipment of the apartment also included a washing machine, which I thought was useless at first, but having laundry done every day and the children clean is great. The car was parked right next to the apartment. Supermarket 100m, yes I was very satisfied. On the way to the beach, you can visit a Spaghetti House, they cook well and are nice to their guests. Alessandro and the lady at the reception were very helpful.

I can't say I didn't like anything. Rather, I present observations and evaluate eight to nine points: I would imagine the price to be lower. A sea beach umbrella and 2 seats were not included in the price. I wouldn't need to clean the sunbeds by the pool every day, but ok. But there was no lifeguard at the pool to keep order, and that was sometimes useful. Lest I forget. Take the apartment on the first floor and mosquito repellent. There are not many mosquitoes, but they can bite a little after dark.

Exceptional

The village is quiet and close to beach, the swimming pool is a olympic size,plus a small one for small kids. The pool is open till 7pm. Near by there is a park and a supermarket, the supermarket has an amazing choice of food , and a well stock deli counter that serve hot food all day. It is possible to use the trolly and take it to the flat ,since the supermarket is the same company of the villaggio. The flat are well presented,bed comfortable,and kitchen has all kitchen utensils and plus different and electrical kitchen appliances for who stay long,so is easy to cook. Iron board and wash machine are also present. There is a restaurant available at the villaggio and does also delivery to the apartament. We had a really lovely holiday and we where really happy ,we were 2 adults and 4 kids. Beach is lovely with soft sand,and the sea is not high ,so really safe for children. Highly recommend this villaggio.

Property advertises lower then competitors price on booking.com and charges you hidden and no common sense fees after the booking is done. The client ends-up literally paying a double price compared to the original one.

Lovely place!

The people were kind and welcoming and readily available. We were a 3 minute walk from the beach and restaurants so it’s the perfect location. The location has its own pool and tennis courts and it’s just perfect and we had our own gate keys to come in and out and we drove and we were able to park our vehicle right behind our house rental, very much feels like home and it was a great time. Can’t wait to go back 💙💙👍🏽

Heerlijk appartement

Ruim appartement en heerlijk rustig. Zwembad voor de deur en op loopafstand het strand en het stadje. Grote supermarkt om de hoek was ook fijn.

Goed verblijf met veel faciliteiten

Leuke ligging van de appartementen rond het zwembad, grote supermarkt, tennisbanen (zowel binnen als buiten) , café in de buurt. Strand was was te voet goed bereikbaar en daar was ook een bar en douches en bedden met parasol. Twee fietsen bij het appartement.

De matrassen van de bedden waren niet geweldig

Basen - czysty i duży - dzieci zachwycone basenami. Bliskość sklepu. Pralka. Zmywarka. Wyposażenie kuchni. Rowery i miejsca parkingowe przypisane do apartamentu. Prywatne ogródki w apartamentach na parterze. Spokojnie i cicho w nocy. Czyste, pachnące ręczniki. Rowery, pościel i ręczniki w cenie. Miły poczęstunek na przywitanie m.in. wino, słodycze. Miło że strony właściciela, że poinformował nas o wydarzeniu specjalnym - pokazie fajerwerków.

Oferta wprowadza w błąd. Cena nieadekwatna do jakości. Spodziewaliśmy się standardu hotelowego. Najbardziej przeszkadzała nam zagrzybiona klimatyzacja - szczególnie w apartamencie rodzinnym z widokiem na ogród. Ubrań nie dało się włożyć do szaf i szuflad ze względu na zapach stęchlizny. W ofercie jest mowa o leżakach na plaży za dodatkową opłatą. Po dokonaniu rezerwacji okazuje się, że opłata ta jest obowiązkowa. Chcieliśmy z miejsca na plaży zrezygnować, ale właściciel nie zgodził się. Pobrał 180 Euro za 3 dni za 4 leżaki i 2 parasole (na 2 rodziny w 2 apartamentach - w sumie było nas 7 osób). Ośrodek nie leży w pierwszej linii przy morzu, leżaki były umiejscowione na plaży ogólnie dostępnej. Parasole obu naszych rodzin były od siebie oddalone - nie sąsiadowały ze sobą, mimo że apartamenty były w ramach jednej rezerwacji. W ofercie było wymienione codzienne sprzątanie, ale nikt nie przyszedł posprzątać ani razu (spędziliśmy 3 noce). Zostaliśmy tylko raz zapytani, czy potrzebujemy ręczniki lub papier toaletowy. Dodatkowo na nasz przyjazd w obu apartamentach nie były skompletowane zestawy parasol + leżaki basenowe - musieliśmy interweniować i czekać na ich wymianę. Ze standardu hotelowego dyskwalifikuje konieczność codziennego przenoszenia z basenu leżaków i parasoli, wczesne wymeldowanie (do 9:30) oraz recepcja zorganizowana w prywatnym apartamencie, w którym panuje bałagan. Poza tym brak drzew przy basenie - cień zapewniają tylko parasole, brak moskitiery w jednym z apartamentów, brak kieliszków do wina. Właściciel potraktował nas w ostatni dzień w sposób arogancki. Ponadto stosuje nieuczciwą taktykę - kupuje opinie gości na Booking w zamian za darmowe noclegi i butelkę prosecco. Za wystawienie 10 punktów oferuje darmowy nocleg przy rezerwacji bezpośredniej. Śniadań nie możemy ocenić, bo nie korzystaliśmy.

Als Familie optimal zum Urlaub machen.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt dort. Der Besitzer war sehr herzlich und hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. In unserem Apartment war draußen noch ein Spielhaus und eine große Rutsche , was natürlich optimal für unseren Sohn war. Es war sehr sauber und alles vorhanden.

Das Personal beim Frühstücken war etwas schlecht gelaunt fanden wir.

Entspannte Wohnanlage mit zentralem Pool, alessando ist sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter; sehr freundliches und ebenfalls hilfsbereites Personal; außergewöhnlich war ein geschenkekorb zur Ankunft! fussläufig nur 5 Minuten zum Strand, direkter Zugang zu sehr attraktivem Supermarkt, viele Wohnungen haben auch eigenen Spielplatz (Schaukel, Hütte) für Kinder, gratis leihräder zur exklusiven Nutzung, viel Gastronomie in Umgebung - selbst bringdienst war möglich,…

Skvělý apartmán a báječné místo pro pohodovou dovolenou v Caorle

Do Caorle jezdíme pravidelně už léta a vyzkoušeli jsme zde řadu různých ubytování (vždy apartmány s vlastní kuchyní) a toto ubytování bylo asi úplně nejlepší. Skvělé místo pro odpočinkovou dovolenou. Krásný apartmán s výhledem na velký bazén, apartmán perfektně vybavený, s každodenním úklidem. A co je pro nás vždy na dovolené naprosto zásadní – vlastní parkovací místo přiřazené k apartmánu. Takže vše absolutní pohoda, nemusíte řešit fakt vůbec nic. Když k tomu připočtu přátelského ubytovatele Alessandra, který je vždy připraven a ochoten pomoci... A to vše samozřejmě v blízkosti skvělé pláže Levante, na které si můžete u Alessandra objednat plážový servis. Nevím, jestli do Caorle pojedeme zase hned příští rok, ale pokud ano, víme kam... ;)

Možná trochu vyšší cena. Na druhou stranu je vyvážená kvalitou. Takže je to vlastně v pořádku.

Caorle eine sehr schöne Stadt am Meer, Dauerlärm durch Kärcher Hochdruckreiniger am Apartment.

Größe des Apartment wie angegeben; Ein älterer Herr kümmert sich liebevoll um den Pool; Die Reinigungsdame gibt sich sehr viel Mühe; Die Nähe zum Supermarkt ( Famila Caorle) Das WLAN ist OK Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, einige Lebensmittel und Getränke wurden übergeben.

Dauerlärm, alle 3 Tage wurde mit Hochdruckreiniger Kärcher trotz Ruhezeiten das Haus unseres Nachbar vom Nachbar selber von Früh bis Spät abgesprüht, gereinigt !!! Ich musste 150 Euro für Sonnenschirme und Liegen in der 1. Reihe am Strand bezahlen obwohl ich diese weder benötigte, bestellte oder benutzt habe, das wird aber erst ersichtlich wenn man die Unterkunft gebucht und bezahlt hat ( das sei obligatorisch und streng wie in booking.com angegeben. Ich habe es bei der Auswahl nicht entdeckt, sonst hätte ich die Buchung nicht durchgeführt. Kein Early Check Out möglich

Una piccola oasi di relax a Caorle

Abbiamo soggiornato per tre giorni al Residence Villaggio dei Fiori, una struttura che si è rivelata una splendida scoperta, capace di regalarci un breve ma intenso periodo di assoluto relax. Situato in una posizione davvero strategica — a pochi passi sia dal mare che dal caratteristico centro storico di Caorle — questo residence è l’ideale per chi cerca tranquillità, comodità e un’accoglienza impeccabile. L’appartamento che ci è stato assegnato, collocato al piano alto, ci ha subito colpito per la sua luminosità, la pulizia impeccabile e la dotazione completa. Era davvero provvisto di tutto: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, utensili da cucina, accessori vari… tutto pensato per farci sentire come a casa, o forse anche meglio! Ogni dettaglio sembrava curato con attenzione, con uno stile sobrio ma moderno e funzionale. Un plus molto gradito è stata la presenza di due biciclette nuove, custodite nel sottoscala e completamente a nostra disposizione: ci hanno permesso di esplorare Caorle in libertà e godere della sua atmosfera unica. Inoltre, la possibilità di parcheggiare comodamente nel vialetto della villetta ha reso ogni spostamento semplicissimo. Unico piccolo rammarico: le piscine del residence non erano ancora state attivate, probabilmente per via della stagione appena iniziata. Un vero peccato, perché le giornate di caldo inaspettato di fine aprile sarebbero state perfette per un tuffo rinfrescante. Una menzione speciale va all’host, Alessandro: persona squisita, disponibile fin dal primo contatto, sempre attento e pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza con grande cortesia e professionalità. È raro incontrare un’accoglienza così genuina e premurosa.

Toller Familienurlaub.

Sehr gepflegte und saubere Anlage. Man ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten am Strand, 8 Minuten in der "City". Ein großer Supermarkt direkt nebenan, aber nicht störend. Für alle standen Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Großer Pool von 9 bis 21 Uhr nutzbar.
