La struttura è nuova e tenuta molto bene, il personale è accogliente e molto gentile, a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa e gestisce gli imprevisti con professionalità.
Posizione ottima: si ha di fronte il mare e questo è il punto di forza maggiore, ad un passo dal centro e con tutti i servizi a portata di mano.
L'hotel è dotato di qualsiasi servizio: spa compresa nel prezzo, terrazza con possibilità di fare colazione fuori la mattina (veramente bellissimo!!), terrazza al sesto piano per godersi la tranquillità ed allontanarsi dalla movida. Il parcheggio è coperto e convenzionato con l'hotel, dista a pochi minuti a piedi e sarà chiesta una caparra per il periodo di fermo dell'auto.
Ci siamo trovati bene e ci torneremo!
Lato pulizia, per quanto riguarda la camera lo spazzolino del wc non era di primo utilizzo, per il resto assolutamente pulita e non presentava alcun segno di calcare in nessuna fessura delle piastrelle (per essere veramente pignoli ahah)... Per quanto riguarda la spa: l'accesso è esclusivo previa prenotazione, quindi si è da soli su una base di turni. Al nostro accesso abbiamo notato che non era particolarmente pulita, in quanto nel bagno turco erano presenti dei capelli lunghi attaccati ad alcune superfici, sicuramente aspetto da migliorare considerato che si sta parlando di un quattro stelle.

The breakfast is still really good!
Since our last visit in 2019 the hotel got a lot more expansive and lost services! The formerly included wellness-section is now excluded! The bathroom, especially the shower, is Altran run down und the drain flows slowly and is very smelly! Also the Hotel is suddenly dog-friendly! Basically i wouldn‘t have a problem with that, but having a pair of dog owners in the neighbour room, whom lock their dog in the room when going for dinner and the dog is howling all evening, is not that great!
