Beautiful modern hotel with improvements to make in the spa.

Breakfast, the location was perfect, and the hotel is well kept and very clean. The hotel has a roof top veranda which is amazing, and includes a jacuzzi. The staff are very polite and helpful. It's a modern hotel that is very well kept.

The spa area is very nice, but can be improved, for example it would need more lounge chairs, softer lights and a non slip floor. The risk of falling is high even with slippers. Also, a little bit more privacy in the entrance of the spa would be nice, there is a glass door that basically everyone in the lobby can see through. The time reserved for the spa is short. As a guest you need to book your time, only 60 min and this is not enough in my opinion to experience all the spa rituals.

The balcony next to ours was a bit too close. We could hear our neighbours talking as if they were on our balcony. This was only a minor problem for us and we would definitely return to this hotel.

Exceptional

Everything was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Huge variety of food for breakfast. Hotel is located just at the private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. You can borrow bicycles for free and go to the centre. The centre is 5 mins walking. Parking is also 5 mins walking and for free:)

for sure not worth the price of 400 eur one night in February as 5 stars brand hotel… the “super suite” is actually normal family room - the sea view is actually the view of the roof from another hotel - see photos below. extra charge of 20 EUR for 2 years old infant without baby court I have met first time my life in that price category hotel. absolutely helpless personal (parking, luggage, restaurants nearby)

Modern design, very clean and good breakfast. Good location,only parking is quite far away.

Not really 4 star hotel, very small room with little comfort - no hooks to hang towels in the bathroom,no place to hang dresses or coats...As for the wellness - once a day for an hour,if you are lucky...but then it is private,which is nice.

Excellent location, excellent staff, high quality breakfast.

The location was excellent - near lots of high quality restaurants and with direct access to a very nice beach. All of the staff were really very friendly and helpful. Anything you asked them for was looked after efficiently and without any hesitation. The breakfast was a high quality continental breakfast - not the huge range of cheap options you get in some hotels but a good selection of fresh and high quality salads, fruit, breads and pastries. The coffee and hot chocolate was very good too.

Personally I prefer an outdoor pool to an indoor pool but that isn't a reflection on the hotel. I also like a lounge area for sitting back - this hotel has a nice bar/cafe but not what you might call a lounge, just a personal preference. b

Formerly great, now just okay!

The breakfast is still really good!

Since our last visit in 2019 the hotel got a lot more expansive and lost services! The formerly included wellness-section is now excluded! The bathroom, especially the shower, is Altran run down und the drain flows slowly and is very smelly! Also the Hotel is suddenly dog-friendly! Basically i wouldn‘t have a problem with that, but having a pair of dog owners in the neighbour room, whom lock their dog in the room when going for dinner and the dog is howling all evening, is not that great!

An excellent hotel, one of the best where to stay in Caorle.

The hotel is very nice. I liked everything very much. The breakfast was good. Many hotels offer a private beach. but in this hotel the beach with free sunbeds is very close. The cleaning is of a very high standard.

The internet barely worked. The signal strength was high, but the speed and stability were very poor. I didn't even have to think about Skype - even the booking page took 10 minutes to open. Also, the cell phone did not work constantly in the room - the signal was very weak. Probably a problem with the internet due to the large number of people in the city. There were really a lot of people, but when checking into a VIP hotel at a cost of 2000 euros per week, to have problems with cellular communication and the Internet, in my opinion, is unacceptable. Next time I will choose another city or country.

Great, but not so...

I'll start with what was good. So the place and the hotel itself are near to perfect. It is close to the center and beach, so you have everything next to you. The staff was always smiling and helpful. Only thing that we did not like that much was that, the lady who gave us breakfast every morning was not speaking english, even tho there was a lady, that was speaking in our native language (czech), or others that spoke english and she refused (many times) to let them give us breakfast so we had to point fingers on this or that... Other than that was everything super! From bottom (beautiful wellness) to the top (whirlpool on ther roof). Everything seemed new and when ladies tidy our room, it was perfect! So for the staff and hotel as a service would we give 5 stars, but...

What we disliked was the fact, that it was my father, who was supposed to go on vacation (He used Borin hotels several times), he with his lady and little daughter. He did not want to go with 6 yrs. old child, to risk that they could go to quarantine (all covid things, that could affect them) in the hotel with so little girl, so he asked the hotel to give the money back, or better - to let him go next year - so the hotel could keep the money paid and let him go next year. Hotel refused everything and said, that there is no reason for them not to go. I see that as a really bad behavior, that should not happened. But it did, so we did really enjoy the vacation, but the hotel lost a very pleased customer, that will not come ever again. I hope every other customer will enjoy their stay as we did, but manager of the hotel should think about this approach, so they don't lose other cutomers as they lost my father.

Traumhaft schön.

Näher zum STrand geht nicht mehr, eine Traum Aussicht aus dem Zimmer und dem obersten Stock. Wellness Bereich mit Pool auch absolut ok, Frühstück auch. Hatten beide Hunde mit, war kein Problem, das Hotel ist sehr Tierfreundlich.

Das Hotel hat eine traumhafte Lage. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen waren sie sofort zur Stelle. Wir konnten den Aufenthalt sogar spontan verlängern. Absolut empfehlenswert!!

Alapvetően minden rendben volt. Tengerparti elhelyezkedés, bőséges reggeli, kedves személyzet.

Nincs saját parkoló. Annak ellenére hogy jeleztem szükségem van mozgássérült parkolora azt a közelben sem találtam. Az utcán esetlegesen volt hely parkolni.

Kann man wiederholen.

Frühstück ist sehr gut, sehr gute Auswahl, manchmal mit kleinen Wartezeiten bis der Nachschub kommt, aber alles in allem sehr gut. Zimmer sind sehr modern, sauber, aber etwas dünne Wände. Ich war zufrieden. Wellnessbereich wurde nicht genutzt, daher auch kein Statement.

Man hört vereinzelt Geräusche vom Gang. Straßenlärm war in dieser Jahreszeit nicht zu bemerken. Sonst gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

sitzt, passt und hat luft

sehr gutes frühstücksbuffet. da ist für jeden etwas passendes dabei. spa ist klein, aber bei schlechtwetter eine gute alternative. guter ausgangspunkt um den ort zu erkundigen, viele restaurants gut fußläufig zu erreichen. personal war sehr zuvorkommend. parkplatz war vor dem hotel. wir hatten unsere zeit genossen :-)
