The location is good.

The hotel is not really good for kids. No space for them to play. Rooms are rather noisy - either you hear the elevator or the air condition from outside. Each room comes with two beds and and umbrella at the beach, however, those are located in the very back so for a family again not ideal as the water is far away. Also worth mentioning: no umbrellas allowed in front of the first row. So you basically have to sit in the sun all the time with your kids. That has nothing to do with the hotel but this is a general rule of the beaches in the region.

Good location, free sunshade, good view from balcony - oriented to the sea. Quite pleasant staff, external blinds… Brand new renovated bathroom! Aircon in the room. Balcony seating available.

Rental bicycles are not ready, uninflated tires, not very good condition. Walls are thin, you can hear other guests, TV etc.. Housekeeper started to work every morning at 8:00am, water flow in pipes is very noisy. No fridge in the appartment - especially welcome in Covid-19 times. No breakfest in the hotel - given vouchers partly solved this disadvantage.

All in all we had a good stay: the room is clean and taking out the bikes is fun. However, this is what we want to mention: room number 307 is marketed as "sea view" while in reality you can see the sea but it is between buildings and not full sea view. This is okay for us but we would have liked to have known this before checking in to the hotel. Upon arrival, we found that the air conditioning was only "blowing" air without cooling the room at all(!) When we told the manager's mother about the problem, instead of being nice and helpful, she was extremely rude and acted like we were imagining the issue. The manager himself said he understands our problem and that its going to be fixed by the next day the latest. The air conditioning was fixed the next day and we agreed on a 10% discount for the entire stay. We are thankful for this, but our first day at the hotel was "difficult".

This is what we like: The cleaning ladies are nice and the room is cleaned beautifully. After our air conditioning started working, we liked the cool room.

Sehr schön in Caorle mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Perfekte Lage, rundum viele Restaurants und Geschäfte, Blick von der Dachterrasse zum Meer, zum Privatstrand nur 1x um die Ecke zu laufen, gutes Frühstück mit leckerem Obstsalat und auch dunklem Brot

durch die enge Straße fahren abends Mopeds sehr schnell und lautstark - das stört etwas, täglich das gleiche Frühstück mit sehr viel Süßem - aber für 1 Woche völlig OK

Lokalizacja bardzo blisko plaży. Prawie w centrum, jednakże w nocy było cicho. Obsługa przemiła. Właściciel zawsze uśmiechnięty i pomocny. Miejsca parkingowe pod hotelem bezpłatne lub parking płatny prywatny- do wyboru.

Abbiamo trascorso tre notti in questo hotel a Caorle. Fin dal nostro arrivo, siamo state piacevolmente colpite dall'accoglienza e dalla disponibilità del proprietario, sempre pronto a fornire informazioni utili. La nostra stanza, di dimensioni medie, si affacciava su una tranquilla via secondaria. Dotata di aria condizionata, ci ha garantito un riposo eccellente grazie al letto matrimoniale e ai cuscini comodi. L'arredamento includeva principalmente un armadio a ponte, una scrivania e una TV. Il bagno, recentemente ristrutturato, era provvisto di un moderno box doccia. La pulizia della stanza è stata impeccabile per tutta la durata del soggiorno. La colazione, un buffet delizioso, con una vasta scelta sia di prodotti dolci che salati, per iniziare al meglio ogni giornata. La posizione dell'hotel è a dir poco perfetta: centralissimo e a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo il servizio spiaggia incluso nel prezzo, che comprendeva un ombrellone e due lettini. L'organizzazione della spiaggia ci ha davvero impressionate: la presenza di assistenti e bagnini, insieme all'ottima distanza tra gli ombrelloni, ha reso le nostre giornate al mare estremamente piacevoli e rilassanti. Per quanto riguarda il parcheggio, ci sono due opzioni: il parcheggio su strada e il silos a 10 minuti a piedi dall'hotel con posto assegnato, al costo di 10€ al giorno. In sintesi, la nostra esperienza è stata estremamente positiva. Senza alcun dubbio, terremo in altissima considerazione questo hotel per la nostra prossima vacanza a Caorle!

L'unico suggerimento che ci sentiamo di dare per migliorare ulteriormente il comfort sarebbe l'aggiunta di un piccolo frigorifero in camera.

Trotz der kleinen Mängel, kann ich dieses Hotel weiter empfehlen.

Das Zimmer (Doppelbett) war ok. Leider hatten wir keinen Balkon, nur ein Fenster auf eine Terrasse. Dafür war es umso ruhiger. Das Bad war sehr klein und gewöhnungsbedürftig. Der Abfluss der Dusche war mitten im Badezimmer. Aber es war sauber und wurde regelmäßig geputzt. Das Frühstück war seeeehr gut. Es gab so gut wie alles: Wurst, Käse, Müsli, Süßes,..... Die Entfernung zu den Liegen am Strand war voll ok.

Kein Balkon und das sehr kleine Bad.

Dir Lage ist top. Nähe zum Strand und zum Shoppen ist super! Das Frühstück ist auch ausreichend und lecker. Das Hotel ist in Familienbesitz und wird auch so geführt.Sehr nette Leute auch die Service und Reinigungskräfte super nett. Wir als Familie kommen wieder. Danke!!!

Kein zweites Mal

Das Personal war freundlich und die Zimmer sauber.

Das Bad war total klein. Der Eingang zur Duschkabine sehr schmal. Die Türen sehr laut. Die Zimmer bis weit über Mitternacht sehr hellhörig. Kein Frühstück im Hotel. Das Zimmer glich eher einer Kammer, als einem Hotelzimmer. Die Fotos der Homepage sind irreführend.....

Frühstücks-Makerl für 2 verschiedene Kiosks am Strand, sowie 2 verschiedene Cafeterias Es gab hier jeweils ein Croissant oder einen Schinken-Käse-Toast, einen Kaffee oder Tee und einen Saft Durch Straße von Strand getrennt; Typischer Caorle-Strand mit gaaaaaanz vielen Schirmen, sehr unübersichtlich mit Kleinkindern

Zimmer hatte keinen Balkon; Parkplatz war in Parkhaus weiter weg
