Family holiday

Good location, few minutes walk to Caorle old town. Beach also few minutes walk. The pools provide all day amusement for a family, it's good to have opportunity to grab a beer or ice-cream there. All in all it is for an affordable price. Breakfast is good. You can park in front of the hotel for free. The room was very well equipped, we had everything we needed to prepare a great breakfast or a lunch.

The parking lot is comfortable, but it's not exclusively for hotel guests, so it can be full on a busy weekend day. Some NPC hit my car when opening his door and walked away. On a busy day we couldn't sit down in the breakfast room, but the hotel personnel was kind and let us sit down in the lobby.. but still, it's annoying when you can't sit in the restaurant. There was always lack of the popular breakfast items, like eggs, often had to wait for it. So most of the days we ate in our rooms. Some mornings were very noisy. Seagulls often played concerts so that I was struggling to sleep, sometimes the cleaning of neighbouring rooms was scheduled for some early hour, then vacuum cleaner and yelling of cleaning ladies woke me up.

Our third Easter time at Hemingway, always happy about the location, quiet, but still close to city center and to the beach, super market behind the corner, perfect pool area - and we always use that even it is only Easter time :-)

We couldnt use AC for heating, as it was somehow set/programmed/locked, and it turned on itself around 8pm, with temperature set to 24, and than turned off itself around 10pm. We were not allowed to change any parameters. Nights were really cold this time and temperature inside the room got very low at night. We had extra blankets from home, so we used them, and it was also first time nights were this cold, but still felt bit unhappy about it

The apartment had everything we needed. Nice comfy beds, and great external window covers so we were able to sleep very well. The aircon in every room was really great too. The hotel is quite close to the beach (4min walk) and relatively close to the center (10min walk). A large supermarket is just around the corner. The swimming pool is nice and warm, our son enjoyed it a lot. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The washing machine in the room was broken and the reception staff reacted quickly and replaced it.

The furniture is a bit old. The rooms are quite small, and there is just one small sofa in the living room, so I suppose there is no expectation of spending a lot of time in the apartment. There was quite a bit of noise coming from the neighboring rooms when the hotel was full.

Good stay

The location of the hotel is great, only 5 minutes by foot to the sea, close to the supermarket and also to the waterpark. The Staff was very nice and the hotel had bikes that we could borrow.

2 of the 3 pools were very cold, the heated one was better but the children also found this one quite cold. Not so easy to find a parking spot, we got one of the last ones in the garage and it was very narrow. The outdoor parking spots were numbered accordingly to the apartment numbers but the spots unfortunately didn't belong to respective apartment. Not really any bikes to borrow for children (8 & 10 years) except some very old ones for quite small children.

Very good

Swimming pools were clean and open until 22.30. There were seperate pool towels for each person. Bed sheets and blankets were white and clean. Wifi was always available everwhere. TV had HDMI connection that we could watch movies in the evenings via our laptop. There were kind ladies at the registry from early morning to late night. We could walk to beach in 3 minutes and to a large supermarket in 2 minutes. It was also so close to city center and a lunapark/aquapark.

There was not vacuum cleaner in the room. There should be one face towel for each person but there were only 2 in total in the bathroom.

The bedroom and bathroom were adequate. The pool is very good. The city center and the beach were a pleasant walk away.

Although there were three of us, only 2 people had bedding. The third person’s bed was very used and uncomfortable, not suitable for sleeping.

Great location!

The rooms were very clean, bath & beach towels were prepared in our rooms for 7 people including a dog bed. Complete kitchen with microwave, dishwaaher, fridge, stove, cutleries etc… there was also clothes hanger, balcony chairs and a vault in our rooms. The location is 5 mins walk to beach area. There is a segregated dog beach which is 13 mins walk found af L5.

The small amenities like toilet paper, shampoo/ soap should have been more. There was only 1pc toilet paper per bathroom. For 7 people with 2 bathrooms it was not enough.

It was really nice that staff prepared for our dog bowl and bed. :-) The big advantage for us was the pool which open to the 22:30 - evening swimming was really good.

The economy apartment for family (4 people) is really small. When the sofa unfolded it was not possible to open the door to the balcony.

Nice vacation with kids

We all loved the pools. The apartment had pretty much everything you need. Even towels were provided. The stuff was alway cordial and willing to help. Location was perfect, near the beach and the center but outside from the chaos.

Some of the dishes were dirty. Many ants in the apartment wish didn’t bother me but might bother others
