Superb

The room was very clean and the cleaning service staff are very pleasant. We had our own umbrella on the beach included in the price which was very nice, and also our own balcony. Generally, the apartment was great!

Having one queen sized bed instead of two single beds moved together would have been nice

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel al Capitano. It met our needs mostly . It is a very clean well kept hotel

Location was key before price and cost of stay for the six nights. Great beach with bonus of Hotel having its own area on the beach with the two sun loungers and large beach umbrellas with circular table attached to places suncreams etc. It was bit disappointing that the hotel did not do food or breakfast but there were restaurants close bye.

Perfect staff! Beautiful dog in the reception. They were also ok with my late check-in based on traffic jam on way there.

Very good value for money, there isn't anything I can really complain, met all my expectations. room seems very isolated from street noise, which is great.

Only small complain that I could hear next room's TV one night and one morning internet didn't work but the problem was fixed later in that day. Also in the corridors were not easy to find the light switchers.

Friendly and helpful staff. 5 minutes walk to the beach.

Dirty rooms. Hair on bed linens and bloodstains in toilets from previous occupants. Receptionist promptly cleaned the toilets when notified. No lights in hallway, understandably to save energy but the location of the switch did not have lights, therefore hallways in utter darkness. Air conditioning did not work despite keeping windows shut and following instructions given by reception. Leaving windows opened means mosquitoes came into the room. Bad nights sleep overall.

Staff helpful and friendly 🤗 Room decent, cleaned daily. Location excellent👌, the hotel is 35 min by foot from bus station and 15min walk away from the town centre but it didn't feel like because small shops are near by (bakery, mini market, pizzeria, shop with vegetable and fruits) as well as beach with lots of activities for children (playgrounds, basketball and football fields, beach volleyball.

When I saw how locals responsibly recycle ♻️ and use in shops BioBags and emptying bins dayly, I was bit disappointed they didn't involve us to help them with our litter or provide us with extra bin in hotel room for recycle items because I doubt that cleaner go through our rubish to ♻️ recycle them.

Nicest and friendliest Hotel Management and staff. The rooms were super clean and a really nice size - probably the best value you can get for the price. 3 Minute walk to the beach and everything you may need is in walking distance. Can recommend this Hotel to anyone!!

Wanted to call the reception to say AC was not working. Telephone was not working neither, I had to redress and go down to ask for help. The girl came up but didn’t do anything and just said I’m sorry. Of course this situation can happen but I was expecting it to be managed differently. Early morning I went out for running and when I got back it was 7,30 but the hotel was still closed. Definitely not a good experience

Легко найти, лифт (чем славятся не все маленькие отели), убирались каждый день, дают бесплатную карту с местом для зонтика и шезлонгов на пляже.

Ресторан не работал даже для завтраков, парковка при отеле отсутствует, девушка на ресепшн махнула рукой - "ищите там, она бесплатная". Пришлось лезть в интернет выяснять, что в Каорли парковочные места, ограниченные белой линией - бесплатные, а платные только обведенные синим. До пляжа не пройти напрямую, только в обход минут десять.

La struttura è priva di servizi. È comoda per chi ha un cane perché vicina alla spiaggia bau beach.

Soggiorno in generale piacevole (con qualcosina da migliorare).

Struttura in posizione molto comoda sia per la spiaggia che per i vari servizi del posto (presenti bar, ristoranti, gastronomie, market, take away nelle immediate vicinanze per i pasti). Sono presenti posti auto gratuiti a poche decine di metri dalla struttura. Molto apprezzata la possibilità di utilizzare gratuitamente le biciclette (che noi abbiamo sempre trovato disponibili). Stanza molto pulita, ogni mattina risistemata con attenzione e cambio della biancheria (essendo rimaste solo 3 notti non ci aspettavamo la pulizia totale della stanza tutte le mattine). Le ragazze alla reception molto carine e sempre presenti e disponibili in caso di necessità. Servizio spiaggia compreso nel prezzo dal giorno dell'arrivo. Presente l'ascensore e, in stanza, un piccolo frigo e la cassaforte.

Si potrebbero migliorare alcune cose nella stanza che ci è stata assegnata. I materassi presenti erano troppi rigidi per come siamo abituate noi e quindi non ci sono risultati molto comodi. La porta del bagno aveva difficoltà a chiudersi, sarebbe stata utile la chiave in modo da poter chiudere più agevolmente la porta. Un altro consiglio è di aggiungere una tenda oscurante per la finestra del bagno. Nel bagno della nostra stanza non era presente e la mattina entra parecchia luce nella stanza anche con la porta del bagno chiusa. Sarebbe stata utile anche una cordina per riuscire ad aprire la finestra. Essendo alta e noi basse abbiamo ovviato al problema usando una gruccia 😂 La nostra stanza poi non aveva il balconcino (altre stanza invece ce l'hanno) sarebbe stato utile avere un piccolo stendino o uno spazio (anche comune)per poter stendere gli asciugamani bagnati.
